The whole process from start to finish went really well. They were always responsive and professional. The crew was great, fast and efficient and worked late the first night. The entire job was finished in two days. We are really happy with the new driveway and garage floor- they look beautiful!

Arrived on time – friendly removed garage items from garage put plastic bananas up all working were very efficient. Job well done.

Our project was completed beyond our expectations. It was completed earlier than projected date and all employees were very professional and knowledgeable.

The employees of Indianapolis Concrete were professional in every way. In the initial interview, it was explained exactly what would be done....how the porch and driveway would be removed and a new porch and driveway would be constructed. They explained when the project would begin, how long it would take and that all trash would be removed. We were told the price, when the work would begin and how long it would take. They expected a third of the price to be paid now and the other two thirds upon completion. We were given a written agreement. The four workers showed up on time each day and worked constantly. The heat was in the 90"s and the humidity was high. They got along well together and each seemed to know what was expected. In spite of the heat, they worked constantly, explained what they were doing, what time they would arrive each day, and answered our questions. They also cleaned the area at the end of each day. When the job was completed, a representative from Indianapolis Concrete, checked the work, explained how we should treat the concrete, what to expect, and answered our questions Everyone involved was professional and we are very happy with the project.

The process went very smoothly, from the initial quote to the pouring of the concrete today. I received multiple quotes for the project, and Indianapolis Concrete was significantly lower than the others received. All bids were for the same amount of work. The individuals on site were punctual and cleaned up the site each day. They worked with me to minimize the impact on my neighbors during this project. We live on a cul-de-sac. I would recommend Indianapolis Concrete to others, and would definitely use them again.

It went well. Very pleased with the service.

They were horrible. The patio we wanted poured; we wanted a pattern around the outside. They forgot about the pattern, forgot about the step and had to come back and drill holes in the cement to pour the step. When they did that, the texture of the patio, it is two different color, two different types of stone. They put a sealant on it which was fine. They told us it would stay 3 years and it has not been a year and the sealant is gone. On top of that, the thing they put around our patio was suppose to look nice and it is already cracking. We have a large crack down our patio and we have a huge patio, 16x35ft. When we brought the gentleman back out to let him know our concerns he said it was perfectly normal and I bet my patio looks like this at home. I said I do not think it does. I said we paid for a professional job. In the meantime we had called another company to get an estimate on what needed to be fixed and they said they would have to start from scratch. We still owed like $800 or $900 and we refused to pay it until they came back out and fixed it. They never called and fixed it. We were very disappointed. We bought all new furniture and a spa to put on it and we are probably going to have to have someone come out in a year and tear it all out and build a brand new patio. They told us if we had any concerns we could call back in a year. We have concerns now, but they don't want to come back out and fix it now. I have pictures from when we first noticed it but they just don't care. They did not care to come back out to fix it. I understand we did not pay the $800 but if they had done it and it was not chipping away. If they would come out and fix it I would be happy to pay the $800. What happened was my husband was not here so he got home when they were getting ready to pack this stuff up and he was like whoa I was suppose to have a border and the guy was like no. We showed him the written statement of what we wanted. He was like no step and I was no this is what our contract says. The guys that came out did a good job at first but when they tried to put the border in, the cement was already drying. The first crease looks great but when they put the second one in and it was drying it caused problems. When they sandblast to get the stones to pop out it looks beautiful but the other part I told my husband we need to go buy a rug because it looks so bad. It looks horrible around the edges. I wish we had never gone with this company. I wish they would just come out and fix this. He did not give his guys the initial draft which had the border and steps. He sent us the one but did not communicate with his guys. I want people to come out and go oh what a gorgeous patio, not me have to try and hide it. We had to make several appointments for them to come out and each time my husband took off work and they would not show up. There was only one guy we could understand. I was not happy with the supervisor, he said my patio looks like this and I know it doesn't, he would not leave it like that.

The crew came in on a Tuesday and finished on Wednesday. They work hard and were very professional. When they poured the concrete they worked it until all the joints where smooth and straight and to my satisfactions. I cant tell you how sincere they where in their work and the concerns i had on the finish of the driveway and the porch. When this stuff sets up, its done. Thank you Indianapolis Concrete, INC, job very well done. I like.

The estimating process went smoothly. The rep was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. The overall cost was over the estimate due to additional fill-stone being required, but that possibility was known at the time of estimate. The project was scheduled for and completed in two half-days. On the first day, the crew arrived early and prepared the site by filling the location with gravel and building the concrete forms. On the second day, they poured the concrete and finished it per the specifications. The only issue arose when ICC did not "rope off" the entirety of the apron and only put caution tape across the porch to ensure that the homeowners did not accidentally step onto concrete as it dried and cured. However, about 45 minutes after ICC's crew left, a delivery person [cough, FedEx] stepped on the fresh concrete and left shoe marks on the sidewalk. ICC's rep was responsive to me about how to "fix" it and we discussed the marks at the post-construction meeting. Ultimately not much could be done by ICC about it other than to score it later with a rock and hope that the marks bleach out during the curing process. Now that it's been a couple of weeks, the marks are less noticeable.

Had called other providers but this company was prompt and gave estimate where others didn’t job was big enough. Worked extra think to remove unseen tree roots at no extra charge.

All of the workers w/ the exception of their foreman did not speak English. Patio was 2x5 price of quote (partly b/c we enlarged it, partly b/c they were not paying attention when we told them what we wanted.) No dirt was provided to level the back of the patio. “Bob” told us, when we brought it to his attn. , that we agreed to this or at least was aware of it. – We were not and it cannot be left in its current condition so we have to pay a landscape to fix it. We would never recommend them. Bate and switch door responsiveness.

Everything went great. We had to cancel the initial installation date due to a family emergency and they worked us back in the following week. The guys worked very hard and got all of the concrete poured in one day. The following day they were back and did the finishing work on the exposed aggregate. We are scheduled for sealing of the concrete in 28 days. We were very impressed with their work ethic and the quality of the work. The entire experience, from estimate, dealing with office staff, having the work done and the post construction meeting was super. We will use them for any future concrete needs and would highly recommend them. Their estimate was better than the others we got which makes the entire experience even better.

They promptly scheduled the service and came out when they said they would. The concrete looks very good and the price was competitive. They did not mess up my yard during construction and did a follow up meeting to answer questions and go over the warranty.

Indianapolis Concrete arrive early, removed bad cement. When cement truck arrived they brought the cement up by wheelbarrow, (hard work because were in a hill, work was done very great, the crew came be in attention to remove and check wood supports. Great job. ).
