Michael came out and gave me an estimate, which I thought was very
reasonable. He said he could do the job on the following Saturday
between 9:00 and 9:30. He called on Saturday and said there would be a 1
hour delay because of the weather. They showed up on time and got right
to work. The job was very well done.

I submitted my request for exterior mold removal from my vinyl siding. Mike responded promptly, completed the estimate, and was at my house to complete the work in 4 days. He was informative, telling me exactly the services that I needed, and precisely how his team would accomplish the task. Great customer service...was absolutely true to what he promised...did a great job! I would absolutely hire his company again!

Tremendous, work performed on day promised ,cleaned up after themselves. Beautiful job. Even cut a low hanging branch off a tree so it wouldn't rub the roof.

I called Indiana Roof Cleaning on Monday, July 16th, after getting an estimate by another company. Michael came out that evening to take a look at our roof. He explained the cleaning process and gave us a verbal estimate that night. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The next morning we received an email with a written estimate and a date that they could come out to do the job. We were scheduled to have the job done on Thursday, July 19th. They called us when they were on their way, even though we did not have to be there, it was nice that they were always in touch.When we got home that evening, the roof looked amazing! They were efficient and totally cleaned up after the job was done. There were no visible signs that they were ever there, other than our beautiful, clean roof!We were thrilled with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking this kind of service.Bonus: They give you a written guarantee for their work.

They provided an excellent job. The roof looks new and the the sidewalks are amazing. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. They were professional while here and worked literally non stop from the time they arrived at 9:30 Am until approximately 5:30 PM. I was VERY impressed.

Indiana Roof Cleaning did an outstanding job! Prior to the cleaning, the crew laid out their plans for cleaning the roof and gutters, and reminded me of how the moss would be gone after a few weeks. They cleaned the roof and gutters very well. The difference in how the roofs and gutters look now versus before was dramatic. The roof looks brand new. And, all of the moss was fully gone after just a few weeks as they described. I am very happy with the results!

From start to finish, this job was quoted and completed in a couple of days! Wow! And, I might add, with incredible, friendly customer service that blew me away. In addition to performing the work for which they were hired, Mike (one of the company principals) pointed out to us that he had found the source of a roof leak in our screened porch. This leak had been "fixed" by two other roofing companies, that is until it rained. We are immensely pleased to finally be able to address and solve this problem. Thanks Mike! Great service.I called three companies and this was the only one that I got to talk to a real person. The owner stopped by the same day and explained everything to me. The other companies left a quote in the mailbox.My roof,gutters and sidewalk look like new!!. I highly recomend this company.

I called them and a real person answered the phone. They came by right away and explained their service and gave me estimate for the roof cleaning job. A few days later they did the job. They obvously knew what they were doing and were very concerned that we were satisified with their work. They were very neat, careful, and effective taking great care to not damage shrubbery or anything. The roof looks like new.

It was great. They cleaned the green off the siding and this year it has not come back. I was not going to be home that day. They went ahead and did it and billed me. It was nice that I didn’t have to be here right away to pay.

I was happy except for one thing. There was tarsac on the side of the house they said that it wasn’t covered by the contract, which it wasn’t. Apparently it was part of sap or pollen and they couldn’t get it off. They also did the window which was above and beyond the contract. They did a good job. None of the grass died or was hurt.

"The "black dots" on the siding that we were not able to remove are called "artillery or shotgun spores". These spores come from the wood mulch that is used around the house in the flower beds. We have researched online to try and find a way to remove these (other than individually which would take a number of hours and is not cost effective to the home owner) but to no avail thus far."

My roof had several areas of algae built up on the north side of the house. They came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I scheduled my appointment two days later after I verified their references. My appointment was on a Wednesday at 3PM, but they did not show up until 5 PM. When I called them at 4PM, they said they were running behind and would be their soon. I would have expected them to give me a call to let me know they were behind schedule. Overall I was satisfied with this company and would use them in the future.

With a little trepidation I chose Indiana Roof Cleaning despite their having no reports on the List. We saw their ad on TV, then looked at their interesting, informative website. The business is well established in another state, and the owner Mike is helping his son get established in Indiana. They do not use a power wash system nor do they walk on the roof, both of which can cause damage. They use enviro-friendly chemicals and offer free estimates. They will provide references, and have established referral relationships with several realtors. On the phone, Mike explained their methods in depth and answered all of my questions. The son Danny actually did the work. They explained that the roof would look discolored for a time after the treatment but would look better after a couple of rains - which proved to be exactly right. They examined the roof for loose shingles, hail damage etc at the time of the estimate but said that our 20 year old roof was in good shape (which showed thier honesty since they are able to do other roof work). The discovery that this type of work costs about 10% of replacement cost was startling, but looking at other roof cleaners shows that this is a pretty typical price point.
