Indiana Roof & Exterior Cleaning

It went quiet well. The workers were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. We would hire this company again.

One of the owners, Michael Spiczenski, came out and gave us an estimate within a few days of my request. He explained the entire process that would be used and the timeline they expected to follow. Our house's siding had not been cleaned since it was built more than 10 years ago and we had noticeable mold and caked on dirt. There was also a large spot of mold on the roof above the porch which he threw in at no additional charge. He explained that the roof was actually in great shape with no need for cleaning. I've cleaned our deck a few times with a power washer but it would never get rid of the mold spots 100%...and it would be an all day project. They came out on the morning of the 8th and were very professional and courteous according to my wife. It only took a few hours. The siding looks fantastic! Our neighbors aren't too happy we had this completed since it makes the dirt and mold on their siding stand out even more. The deck looks like new...literally. The persistent spots of mold are 100% gone. I'm looking forward to seeing how long the cleaning lasts but imagine it will for some time since the molds and mildews on the deck and siding were killed in their unique cleaning process. We were very, very happy with everything from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again as needed.

The two man crew of Indiana Roof Cleaning did a fantastic job. They applied two coats of the cleaning agent using a soft wash procedure to prevent damage to the shingles. After walking the entire roof area, they then applied a third application to the north exposure where the black streaking was most severe. They were very thorough, careful, and made sure all the grass, shrubs, flowers, and wood siding were protected by heavy wetting with a garden hose. The crew spent about 4 1/2 hours to complete the job. They showed up on time and did a complete cleanup of the work area. They were friendly and explained everything that was done. Mike Spiczenski arrived after the crew was about halfway finished to check on the work progress. I was very pleased with the work and the results. The roof looked great immediately after the cleaning, and continued to look even better after a few rains finished washing off the remains of the dead moss particles and streaking. I would highly recommend this company for roof cleaning. Even though the cleaning cost was not inexpensive, it was much less than replacing the shingles and the roof looks essentially brand new.

Mike and Danny were very professional in every respect. They were punctual and went right to work. Their crew was efficient and polite. They cleaned up around the house before they left. I strongly recommend them. I am once again proud of the exterior our house .

It was easy to make an appointment for an estimate. He arrived on time, explained the products that would be used along with the company's warranty and insurance. I was given the cost and agreed to it and arranged for an appointment the following week. They arrived on time and notified me 15 minutes before their arrival that they were on their way. The work was done satisfactorily, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I also appreciated the professionalism.

Scheduled an estimate with Mike and he showed up on time and was very professional. Was happy with the estimate, so scheduled the work for the next week. Crew of 3 showed up on time and went right to work. Worked the entire day (8:45 ish to 5:00 pm). What a wonderful job they did! WOW!!!!! The outside of my house is beautiful! They paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond even what I expected. Originally, the estimate was for the roof, siding, brick and only 1/3 of the driveway, but while they were here and after seeing what the front part of the driveway looked like, we asked them if they could do the rest of the driveway and our back deck, which they did even though I know it added a couple of hours to their day. I would HIGHLY recommend using these guys. Also, they did not know I was an Angie's List member but am very happy to leave this review for them. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did and, if the need arises, would not hesitate to use them again.

They showed up when they said they would and worked all day on getting the fence as clean as they could (it was VERY dirty) as well as getting all the exterior of the house and shed, including gutters, cleaned up. Altogether the place looked much better when they left.

The professionalism and sttention to detail could not have been better. They operated smoothly, effeciently, and most important quiet enought that a 9 month old puppy did not even hear them. They are a top notch organization.

The crew arrived on time and began to wash the roof, but not long after, the wind increased and became a significant issue - blowing the cleansing liquid elsewhere but the roof, so they had to halt the procedure. They did return the next rain free day and finished the job. They also replaced a few shingles which had come off during the winter season - this previously discussed with Mike in the estimate. I was amazed at how good the roof looked after it had dried!!! We have since recommended Indiana Roof Cleaning to some friends of ours who too thought they were in need of a new roof.

I called for an estimate and was met by Mike within a couple of days to discuss what I wanted done. They were able to complete the job that same week and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work.

I just purchased a 100 year old house and need it cleaned. I did not want it purchased washed because of the old windows. Indiana roof and exterior cleaning came and hand scrubbed the entire house. It was fantastic. The house looks terrific and Mike and his son, Dan were terrific. I have recommended them to several other people.

It looks great. You can actually tell the house is white again. We live between two retention ponds and the algae gets really bad on the house. He cleaned the whole house and it is great.

People arrived as scheduled, did job efficiently. came back next day to do some "finish-up" work.

Received estimate within 24hrs of request. Work appeared to have been promptly & satisfactorally completed, however, 2 days afterwards, while working on a tree trimming project, it was discovered that the interior cleaning of the gutters & flushing had not been done. A message was immediately left with the vendor describing the problem. A promt reponse came back that the work order was not completed properly. We agreed upon a date to complete the job. The job was satisfactorally completed as promised.

Michael came out and gave me an estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. He said he could do the job on the following Saturday between 9:00 and 9:30. He called on Saturday and said there would be a 1 hour delay because of the weather. They showed up on time and got right to work. The job was very well done.

I could not find any fault at all with their estimate or service. This was the first time I have been happy with any type of contractor.

I submitted my request for exterior mold removal from my vinyl siding. Mike responded promptly, completed the estimate, and was at my house to complete the work in 4 days. He was informative, telling me exactly the services that I needed, and precisely how his team would accomplish the task. Great customer service...was absolutely true to what he promised...did a great job! I would absolutely hire his company again!

Tremendous, work performed on day promised ,cleaned up after themselves. Beautiful job. Even cut a low hanging branch off a tree so it wouldn't rub the roof.

I called Indiana Roof Cleaning on Monday, July 16th, after getting an estimate by another company. Michael came out that evening to take a look at our roof. He explained the cleaning process and gave us a verbal estimate that night. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The next morning we received an email with a written estimate and a date that they could come out to do the job. We were scheduled to have the job done on Thursday, July 19th. They called us when they were on their way, even though we did not have to be there, it was nice that they were always in touch.When we got home that evening, the roof looked amazing! They were efficient and totally cleaned up after the job was done.
