Mikes's roof, gutter & concrete driveway cleaning services were exceptional. Our roof still looks perfect after 9 months. Along with a reasonable estimate, Mike provided us with a full 4 year Roof Cleaning Warranty. We later had some patio concrete sealing done which did not take, through no fault of his crew, but Mike was not pleased with the outcome and immediately resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Cleaned the North side of my roof. Mike quickly provided me with an estimate for only the work requested along with a certificate of insurance. The work was scheduled and performed quickly, and results were better than expected. An invoice for the agreed upon amount was sent by email upon completion, including the warranty for the service provided. Very smooth and easy overall experience.

Mike, the owner, responded quickly to my request for an estimate, that I thought was reasonable so I scheduled the work. I did not get other estimates. On the morning of the scheduled work, it was raining, but Mike and his assistant came and performed the concrete work and most of the roof work. They returned the next day to finish up. The work was excellent both of the concrete and the roof. There was a section of the roof of a screened in porch that had a lot of moss on it. The treatment killed the moss, but the browned out moss did not loosen and wash off with the rain. I called Mike about 3 weeks later and he was near to the area and arrived with his crew in about 15 minutes. They got on the that part of the roof and scrubbed off the browned out moss and rinsed it off. That was exceptional service.

Everything went great with Indiana Roof and Exteriors. Mike arrived as scheduled to review the work and give and estimate for the services. It took me a while to get back to him, but when I did he remembered me and it was no problem to get the work scheduled. The day before they were supposed to clean the house, I realized that I would want the gutters cleaned, as well. That was no problem to add, and they gave me a very fair price for that. On the day of the cleaning, 2 professionals arrived and they did a great job. Everything that was planned was accomplished and they were very detail-oriented. Even my very picky parents who were visiting a the time commented on what a good job they did. The exterior of our house looked so much better! I was very happy with the service and the price.

I'm extremely pleased with how my roof turned out. My roof looked like it was at the end of it's useful life, but Michael convinced me that he could make it look brand new again. I had tried a dye approach first with a product I bought at Costco, and it cleaned it just a little bit, but when Indiana Roof Cleaning came out the entire roof looked brand new again. It's been about 2 years since I had the work done and the roof still looks brand new. I HIGHLY recommend this service!

When I asked my neighbor about his roof cleaning experience, he very highly recommended Indiana Roof. So I checked out the company on Angie's List. From the time I called last Friday, there were very good communications all along the way from everyone involved. The estimate, equipment and expectations for how long the house/shed roofs and concrete areas would stay clean were explained clearly and my many questions were answered. I was very pleased with the price (including an Angie's List discount) especially considering workers, special equipment and truck required. I liked the instant gratification of the concrete turning from green to like-new. There is still the expected light-colored residue on what had been the two worst portions of algae but it has only been three days since the spraying, so I am waiting for a good rainfall to wash it all off. The other shingles are beautiful with no more dark streaks. I washed my windows right after they left, and I must confess my house is looking quite spiffy!

I met with Mike, the owner, a couple times before the work was done. The first time he came out, there was snow on the roof but he still gave me a rough estimate based on the size. He came back out after the snow melt and his estimate remained about the same as the first round. I had some heavy algae growth on the south side and black streaking everywhere else. I'd read that the algae can eat away the protective layers of the shingles so $750 to clean it all off seemed like a sound investment even if it only bought me a couple years of extended roof life. He pointed out some black mildew on my stonework in the back of the house and suggested cleaning it as well. It was only another $100. The sidewalk was another $25. He threw in cleaning the skylights for me as a courtesy. The previous owners of my house had not cleaned the gutters at all and some were starting to pull from being over-packed. It was $275 to clear all the debris, flush them, and tote out anything they cleaned out. At the time they offered a 10% discount on roof cleaning which he kindly applied to the whole price. As soon as it was warm enough, he called me to schedule the work. There were some hiccups, as I did not realize my outdoor sprockets had been turned off. He was very patient as we sorted it out. (I'm a remote owner, still learning the in's & out's of the house.) My friend sent me photos of the work and verified they handled everything. Mike had asked me to have someone look before he sent the invoice. Wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. The house looks great. I wish I had better before/after but I think you can see the improvement. Very pleased.

They inspected the roof and provided recommendations for treatment approaches. They treated the roof removing the growth which was damaging the roof. A few days later it appeared that some growth remained and we were advised that this would die off with the treatment which it did. One areas still seemed to have some residual growth and the crew quickly returned and treated the area with a good result. We did not have any damage to our foundation plantings and they cleaned up very well.

They were prompt, polite and did a very good job. They were careful to protect my landscaping. We were very happy with the results.
