It went well. The job was done on time and very professionally.

The team was very good. Most of the work was done by one guy (especially in the bathroom where space is tight) which did make for things take a bit of time; however the quality of work done was excellent. The issues we had were some slow response to questions/changes as we were working out what needed to happen and the occasional change of plans without notice (this happened twice in more than 60 days of dealing with them). By and large, great work for a great value and I will use them again in the future.

Knowing that the house being treated was on the market, the team came promptly and completed their work in two days. It appeared that they were very focused on getting the job done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time.

The people at Indiana Residential were very professional, showed up on time, and were easy to work with. The work was done in a timely manner, and they did a good job keeping us informed about the process. They also had reasonable prices and good quality of workmanship.

i was on a time constrain and on a limited budget-mike used my exisitng cabinetry in the kitchen-to cut back on costs-they spray painted it-they also had the exisitng floors refinished also to cut down on costs-some of the exisitng cabinets were put to use in the laundry room also to cut down on the budget. If you saw this home you would not believe thy had done it on on a shoe string budget. I think Mike and Stacy Riley-Thompson the interior decorator worked miracles on this house. It is stunning.

Everything went great. From the moment I first met their representative to the time of payment, everything proceeded as planned and explained. The work was done well and follow-up was great. I would most definitely refer them to anyone needing home repair.

The provider sent two men out who repaired wood damage to windows and door trim on the outside of our house. The men were professional and courteous and did a very good job of not only repairing the various trim but also painting the wood to match the current color of our house. They got a late start due to a scheduling conflict and were not able to start until late in the morning but stayed into the evening to finish the job.

We had a pre-inspection done on our house and decided to fix a few of the bigger issues before putting it on the market. Indiana Residential/Kelly Latimore were referred to us by the inspector. I sent Kelly our pre-inspection via email and told him what we wanted fixed. He quoted everything I asked in a few days. We ended up only using them for a couple things at the time. We usually do our own work around the house, so the initial estimates seemed a little high. After having them do the work, we know that it is all worth it. The invoice ended up coming in a little below estimate. The guy they sent out to do the work was on time, professional and communicated the solutions to the work very well. A few weeks later, we decided to do some more work that required jacking up the floor and sistering some joists to reinforce the fireplace header in the living room. Again, I contacted Kelly to get an estimate and a few days later, IR called to schedule a time to do the work. On the day the work was scheduled two men showed up on time and got all of the work done in the morning. The hearth looks great and the work looks good. We love these guys. They are so easy to work with, are competent and professional and do good work. You can't go wrong. We will be calling them for any big projects we can't do ourselves in the future.

We were referred to the company by our realtor for repairs on a house that we were buying. The work was ordered to be done the second week in June. Once they started the job there were several issues with the work that was done including the original repairs which were not done correctly per the contractor. I had to call several times just to ask what was going on because they would work for a while then leave without telling us whether the job was completed or not. Also they would give us a day and time to come out then and quot;no call, no showand quot;. They were not very professional and I told the manager Robert that. I last spoke to Robert over a week ago regarding a knocking noise when our sump pump kicks on and was told that he would talk to someone named Steve and get back with me; we are still waiting for that call. If you have a job that needs to be completed by a certain date and time I would not use this company. Work was finally completed in October and we had numerous problems during the winter because the job was not done correctly!

Provider very helpful. He offered suggestions that was much appreciated. Unfortunatedly, the owner was unable to decide.

Communication is the only thing I would suggest they improve BUT even then it was never so bad that we were ever fustrated. They understood we had a family and respected us and gave us time frames. They were even there ASAP when our water heater needed replaced.

They are very dependable. They have always been good. I usually know who they are sending. I would give them top marks. They usually give me a reasonable estimate and stick to it. They are very responsive.

The job that they did was very good and the people who came to the house were excellent. I was very happy with that. I think the communication with the office was a little bit difficult while e-mails were easy. Communication over the phone could be better. I was trying to call them and they was no answer. The person who came over was very professional, very upfront with the cost and I think they knew what they were doing.

I am really happy with the quality of the work and that it cost under $1,000, so I suppose that is the most important thing. I was referred to them by our realtor and they were very quick to come out and give the free inspection, but after that it was pulling teeth trying to get communication from them. They sent me the estimate three days after the inspection, and I responded immediately accepting their bid. I did not get a response for a few days, so I sent another email--- this time I got a response letting me know they would be out a few days later to do the work. It rained that day so they did not come out, but they also did not follow up to tell me that or let me know when they would be coming out. So I emailed the following day to see if they had a new day, and got a response saying they would let me know. A day or two later I awoke to the dog going crazy because they were walking around in the backyard. They left without talking to us, and then came back later--again without talking to us they got to work. For some reason they parked in my neighbors driveway, who is a cop, so that was a little embarassing when he pulled in and turned on his lights to have them get out of his driveway. Especially since ours was open I have no idea why they were sitting in his driveway. They completed the wood replacement but did not complete the paint because of some light flurries--- which was fine-- but did not follow up to let us know their plans or when they would be completing the rest of the work. I emailed them and got a response saying they would let us know. One day they showed up again and finished the painting--this time let my wife know they were there and what for so that was nice. Again I'm happy they got the job done and as far as I know I think it was a good price, but they really should have kept us abreast of their plans. When I'm spending that much money on something as important as my home I'd like to know what's going on and receive timely responses to emails. I would use them again but would shop around first as well.

Great - work was done quickly and they used time efficiently while at my house. We had a hard time replacing an older door handle plate, but the guys helped me find alternatives that ended up working great. Would use this company again.

Kelly is great to work with there. He is a great communication and is a kind man. Their crew replaced a dishwasher, fixed a running toilet, repaired an outlet, replaced a garbage disposal and did an overall punch-list that my tenant had. They did a great job.

They were able to provide an estimate based on home inspection and performed the work promptly to facilitate closing. Can do most type of miscellaneous repairs including electrical and plumbing.
