Description of Work: The provider did some remodel work for us (see prior review). During the remodel a pipe was leaking in our master bedroom wall. Long story short the leak started to happen again... with no questions asked and at no charge to us the provider came back and fixed the issue. This is a great company for all things big and small. We will always have their number in our phones and will always do any house projects we need.

Description of Work: They were reasonable and they came out when they said. They were able to estimate over the phone what they promised and that was very reassuring that they knew exactly the description and comforting in some way to know that this is something they saw often in homes that are 20+ years old.

Description of Work: We recently purchased a townhouse in downtown Indianapolis. We wanted some rehab work done in order to make it more to our liking. We interviewed several contractors as well as individual painters, carpenters and flooring individuals. Mike gave us a reasonable bid and he would therefore manage the entire project.! This was what we wanted! Some of the work completed was repainting the entire unit, putting up double stacked crown molding, We also did some updating to the cabinets in the kitchen and all of the carpet was replaced and one bathroom had the tile replaced. We also replaced the carpet in the loft area with wood flooring. Two sets of french doors were "rehabbed" and they look like new! Mike paid a lot of attention to detail and we are very pleased with the outcome! We would DEFINITELY recommend Mike and Kelly the owners of Indiana Residential and their entire crew!

Description of Work: Indiana Residential remodeled my laundry room. The room has a small, awkward layout but Mike Greve came up with a contemporary custom and usable solution given the space constraints.
