The serviceman told me that anyone can replace the lock, but he didn't have the right materials. He was late, and he said he was not allowed to discuss price with me. He said, "That's not our dept." I called the number for Best Lock, and was connected to a gentleman (head of service) who told me it would be 21 dollars/ lock. When I told the serviceman, Dave, he said that wasn't the right price. A moment ago, he told me he couldn't discuss price. After he got off his cell phone, he said it would be much more because the trip charge wasn't figured in. He also said he wasn't equipped to change more than 5 locks, and when I asked him to do this, he put the cores back into my locks and left. I don't know who this guy was. I called them, I stayed home, and I haven't got my locks changed! After a manager saw this complaint, they did offer to come out and do the work for free. I declined because I don?t feel comfortable with this company installing my locks?.

THE PEOPLE WHO WAITED ON US WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WHEN WE DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING WITH THE TONNEAU COVER LOCK, THE GENTLEMAN SUGGESTED THAT WE TRY WD-40 IN THE LOCK AS THAT USUALLY SOLVES THE PROBLEM. WE DID AS HE TOLD US, AND IT DID SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY NICE OF HIM SINCE HE COULD HAVE SOLD US A NEW LOCK INSTEAD. BECAUSE HE HELPED US WITH THE COVER LOCK, WE WOULD PUT THEM AT THE TOP OF OUR LIST IF WE NEED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED. THE WORK WAS NEAT, WELL DONE AND QUICK. THE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY, POLITE AND PERSONABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL ON THEM IN THE FUTURE.

I BROUGHT A DRAWER FROM THE DESK INTO THEIR SHOP AND THEY PROVIDED THE KEY WHILE I WAITED.
