Excellent experience in service and quality of work. I was able to drop it off and pick it up the next week. They have a repair person who comes by weekely, and they set my expectations appropriately. The repair was simple, but the lamp (mounted on a Deer calf by my taxidermist grandfather) was unique and has a GREAT deal of senmental value. They took excellent care of it, and while they noted it was an odd piece, they were very respectful. I would call them first for any future repair services.

My order was placed with the understanding that the distributor had the fans in stock, anticipating delivery in 10 days. When one fan arrived without the other, I selected a different fan which arrived quickly. They scheduled the installation within days. I reminded them that I have 14 foot ceilings, concerned that such might require special equipment to install. The gentleman who installed the fans was very professional, was not at all bothered by my ceilings and did a fantastic job!

We have had very good experiences with them. They were very punctual. When you go into the store, they’re very helpful and take the time to help you find what you need. We’ve worked with several people there, including Jean Leeper. She and her staff were very helpful in helping us choose ceiling lighting for the house. Her husband Bob Leeper who owns Lesco Electric did the installation work and helped us with some outside lighting and lights high up in the house as well, and we had a great experience with them too.

Jean helped me make selections for entire home. She even advised me on how to light rooms she was not getting paid to do such as rooms with can lighting. She made sure light switches were in the proper place and lighting was adequate in every room. I have a dining room chandelier and other lights they will install. They will install within the next few weeks. The experience went very well and Jean's advice helped me out a great deal. They are very customer oriented. I required a lot of time and Jean was so gracious with her time. She spent as much time as I needed. I can't even imagine how many hours she spent on my job.

I did not have any work done by this company. I went in the store to find lighting that I could use in an older house. I asked the woman behind the counter if they had any lights with pull chains on them since I did not have light switches for these particular lights. The woman just pointed and said, "We might be able to put pull chains on some of these lights. Let me know if there are any you prefer." She made it seem as if I were bothering her. With all the huge hardware stores, you would think a company like that would have a different service level to try to capture more customers. Very disappointing.

They were great! One man was so helpful to me in the many questions and problems that I had. I really received great service from them.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. I DIDNT LIKE ONE OF THE FIXTURES, AND THEY REPLACED IT AT NO CHARGE, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A BETTER FIXTURE

EVERYTHING WENT FINE WITH THE INITIAL ORDER. THEIR PRODUCT AND PRICING IS VERY GOOD. ON THE SECOND ORDER, WE WERE UNABLE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THE SALES REP TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THE ORDER. AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES, WE FOUND OUT THE ORDER HAD NEVER BEEN PLACED. WE WERE FRUSTRATED AND DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER IF THIS WAS AN INDICATION OF HOW THEY OPERATE. WHEN WE DISCUSSED OUR FRUSTRATIONS WITH THE OWNER, SHE SAID THE SALES REP TOLD HER WE CANCELLED THE ORDER BECAUSE WE COULD NOT GET THE ORDER IN TIME. THAT WAS NOT THE REASON, WE CANCELLED BECAUSE WE COULDNT GET THE REP TO RETURN OUR CALLS. THERE WAS ONE ITEM THAT WE HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE IT DIDNT FIT. THE SALES REP TOLD US TO COME IN THE FOLLOWING DAY WHEN THE OWNER WAS THERE AND SHE WOULD GIVE US A REFUND, WHEN WE CALLED, SHE INFORMED US IT WAS POLICY TO WAIT 10 DAYS TO GIVE A REFUND. THEREFORE, WE HAD TO GO BACK A WEEK LATER.
