Indiana HVAC Services

Up until this spring everything went well, but for some reason things have gone south! Called Andy Dittmaier on 5/614 to advise him that I had tried the AC, and it did not work properly. The air was not even cool. He indicated that they were really busy, but they would have someone out by 5/11/15. That didn't happen. Emailed him again on 5/14/15 asking when they would be out. Emailed him again on 5/18/15 asking him to send someone out. Received an email on 5/19/15 saying the problem had been corrected. Emailed him on 5/27/15 advising the system still was not functioning correctly. He responded on 5/27/15 that they would need to enter the house to check things out, and he asked for dates/times would be good for me. Gave him two days/times. On 5/29/15 emailed, texted and left two voice mails advising him that we were home, and we would like for him to correct the problem. No response; did not show. Emailed him again late on 5/29/15 asking him to please complete the project. No response. On 5/30/15 drove to the address on Winthrop that he said was where his business was located. Could not find the business at that address. Contacted Carrier via email and phone on 6/1/15 because they listed Indiana HVAC Services on their website as a certified Carrier dealer. A regional Carrier manager contacted me on 6/1/15 to advise me that he had tried to call Indiana HVAC Services, but no one answered the phone. He, like I have in the past, left a VM asking Andy Dittmaier to contact him. He said he would get back to me on 6/3/15 to see if there was anything Carrier could do to help solve the problem. Up until 5/6/15 I would have rated the company as an A. They were responsive and the work seemed very good. However, even though I have asked for it several times, I have yet to get the paperwork to register the system with Carrier. I can only hope the warranty is not voided.

Showed up promptly and evaluated problem and told me how to fix problem.

Mark from Indiana HVAC Services explained the tune-up with both my systems. He was extremely polite , professional and detailed. I asked him if he could check my fireplace and check the system to see why it would not light. He fixed and cleaned the fireplace for free. I have used larger companies before but felt that i was paying to much. There 39.00 special on tune up was less expensive than other heating and air companies.

They were on time, very professional and courteous.

After another company had come out and told me that I needed a new system, I called Indiana HVAC Services because they were offering free service second opinions. The technician that came out found that my AC had a small leak and needed to be charged. He found the problem within the first few minutes and within 15 minutes my AC was blowing cold air. I had a small repair bill instead of a huge bill to replace my AC. Saved me a ton of money!

Everything explained thoroughly. Job done in a single day. Everything cleaned up before the technicians left. Easy payment process. Totally paperless. All electronic. Fantastic financing options.
