Description of Work: I opened an e-mail that corrupted my e-mail system and was afraid that it could be a virus or worm that could affect others in my e-mail address book (hundreds). I called and spoke to a receptionist who said they could get to it later that day. When it appeared that it could be critical and was going to be a problem I was conneted immediately to a technician who was able to connect directly to my computer over the web and started working on it right then. I had to leave, so he completed the work to restore and clean-up my system, without me even having to disconnect my computer.

 + -1 moreI called Mark at Indiana Computer Enterprises (ICE) and he said he could look at the laptop immediately. I brought it in. Within a few hours, he had it taken apart and confirmed that the charging socket and USB ports had loose connections. He repaired the unit and had it back to me in less than 24 hours. I really was pleased at the fast turnaround.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my laptop computer not always being able to be recharged as there was a short in the charging socket in the laptop. I also had a problem with the mouse USB port having a short.

 + -1 moreMARY, PAT AND THE TECHNICIAN WERE WONDERFUL! I DROPPED OFF MY COMPUTER ON THE WAY OUT OF TOWN ON VACATION, AND THEY HAD MY COMPUTER READY TO PICK UP WHEN I RETURNED HOME. THEY EVEN CONTACTED ME WHEN I WAS GONE TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE TAKING CARE OF ALL OF MY COMPUTER CONCERNS. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT COMPUTERS AND WERE HELPFUL WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS! THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED! I AM PLEASED WITH MY SERVICE AND NOW MY COMPUTER RUNS SO MUCH FASTER!
Description of Work: ADDED MEMORY TO MY COMPUTER, INSTALLED PROGRAM THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO INSTALL, REMOVED ALL UNNECESSARY PROGRAMS AND SPYWEAR AND HELPED ME WITH MY ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT DIFFERENT BRANDS OF COMPUTERS AND SOFTWARE.
Description of Work: COULD NOT DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE. THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND COULD NOT DOWNLOAD EITHER. THEY TOOK MY HARD DRIVE TO THEIR SHOP AT NO EXTRA CHARGE AND WAS ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE.
