Description of Work: Called for window blinds due to new windows being installed. They had a family emergency which I totally get however no one called me to tell me they weren't showing up and I waited on a workday until finally I called them. Apparently there is no cell phone service in parts of the world even in 2013? Anyway the appt. was rescheduled for the next day and the young man came, did a measure quoted only Shutters (which I did not ask for in the first place). When I ask for a quote for blinds and other options he indicated that info would be e-mailed to me by Monday...never heard another thing from anyone????

Description of Work: We needed replacement of the continuous cords on 5 of our pleated shades. Todd determined what was needed, ordered the cords and then replaced them. All at a reasonable cost and completed timely. We then ordered shades for our sun room (6 up & down draw). Todd measured, ordered and installed these also at a reasonable cost and timely. Two of the shades were slightly too large but Todd had it taken care of within 2 days. Great service. Will use them again for either repair or replacement.
