Great! They responded in an extremely timely manner to the initial phone call, was pleasant, on time, and efficient.

I have used him before to do this kind of work. This is the first time he never returned a phone call to do the work. He stated that he was very busy with new homes and I felt that being an existing customer that I was at the bottom of the ladder in importance.

Todd Smith was friendly, quick and provided extra service at no additional charge. He saved two sets of blinds instead of the one I hired him to fix.

Todd came to our house to do an estimate and measure the windows. He was courteous and professional and knowledgeable. His price for the blinds was very competitive/reasonable. Todd's installer was also very professional.

I set up an appointment with Indiana Blinds and Shutters on a Friday, but they came on a Thursday and measured. I scheduled my day around an appointment, they failed to make. They were to send me a quote, but I never recieved it. It has been over a week and I haven't heard from them. I'm not sure how they ranked high on Angie's List, if they are not able to manage appointments and sales calls.

Their measurements were exact and perfect. They were prompt and they cleaned up. The price was excellent and I feel my shutters are far superior to others I have seen framed, etc. Todd showed me how to have them installed so I can still tilt my windows in to clean (others didn't) and he took the time to make sure the dividing area from the top and bottom sections of the shutters were the same on each window and the door for optimum look to the rooms. I would definitely use again and refer to everyone.

He was fast, accommodating and thorough. He came when he said he was coming.

Todd is very professional and personable, very customer oriented. The price was a lot less than other companies.

PHONE CALLS WERE RETURNED, SERVICE APPOINTMENTS WERE KEPT AND TODD MADE SURE TO CALL AND VERIFY TIMES AND SUCH. I FELT THAT I WAS TREATED VERY WELL, AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I DON'T KNOW IF THE PRICES WERE IN LINE AS I DID NOT COMPARE THEM WITH OTHER COMPANIES. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT AND HAVE RECEIVED COMPLIMENTS ON THEM FROM PEOPLE VISITING. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO OTHERS.

I LEFT 2 DIFFERENT MESSAGES WITH THIS COMPANY TO INQUIRE ABOUT GETTING AN ESTIMATE FOR WOOD BLINDS FOR MY ENTIRE LOWER FLOOR. NEITHER CALL WAS RETURNED.

HE WAS VERY PROMPT, VERY NICE AND HE KEPT IN TOUCH WELL.

THE OWNER DID A GREAT JOB HELPING US DECIDE THE BEST OPTIONS FOR EACH WINDOW. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS SUPERB. THE OWNER EVEN INSTALLED THE WINDOW COVERINGS ON A SATURDAY WHEN WE WERE ABLE TO BE HOME. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND WOULD DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THE MAN WHO OWNS THE COMPANY, TODD SMITH, IS SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. I WAS THOROUGHLY SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE. THE INSTALLER, DAVID FISK, WAS WONDERFUL. HE REALLY TOOK HIS TIME AND THE BLINDS LOOK GREAT! OVERALL, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE SO REFRESHING TO HAVE AROUND! HIS PRICING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AS WELL. A LOT OF TIMES IN THE SALES PROCESS COMPANIES ARE GUNG HO, BUT LOSE MOMENTUM LATER. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE BLINDS WERE IN WITHIN A WEEK AND A HALF. HE HAD TOLD ME TO BE PREPARED TO WAIT 2 AND A HALF WEEKS. HE REALLY OVER DELIVERED.

THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. IT SAVED US HOURS OF WORK TO CLEAN ALL OF THE BLINDS.

THE OWNER CAME OUT- VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. GAVE GOOD OVERVIEW OF ALL PRODUCTS, VERY THOROUGH, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING- FINISHED BEFORE HE SAID HE WOULD. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!
