Waited a month for work that was promised to be completed in two weeks after the owner, Bruce Wetterer, disassembled my pool pump. I repeatedly attempted to contact him via phone calls, texts and emails and he never responded. He kept the pump motor and only returned it after I made a police report.In my experience this guy is absolutely dishonest and a thief. Avoid at all costs!

Hd took my $95 trip charge and then doesnt get back with you to do the actual repairs. Left messages numerous times. Seems to make his living on just diagnosing $95 charges.

Finally when the pool liner was delivered they got a hold of me and completed the job.

Was quoted $250 for closing swimming pool received invoice was over $300.

The company was prompt and had the the part with them to fix the pool heater.

Great, prompt service. Bruce came out to diagnose, ordered the one part needed, and completed the install. First time fix and it works great again.

Arrived on time and fixed the issue with our hot tub quickly. Took the time to explain the hot tubs operation.

Needed a pool inspection quickly in looking to buy a house. Bruce came out next day and gave us some great info even with the winter conditions and pool cover not working.

They fixed my spa the day they arrived to do the diagnostic and the repairman knew what the problem was within a few minutes. I had hired another local company who told me I needed a new control board since the guy misdiagnosed the issue. Imperial saved me about a $1000 dollars and fixed it that day

Very good.

Ongoing problem. Have paid and still do not have a working spa. Have had large problen since beginning with call backs and communication, continuing excuses and parts needed. I am on part number three after four weeks and and still no working tub.

Made wrong fix , still not right . Getting a different contractor to fix it right

The job is not finished and they are not returning my calls. I have already paid for the service call($150) and i am supposedly waiting for parts. I can not call someone else or I will have to pay another service call fee.

Unfortunately there was no fix for my very cheap hot tub off of Wish since all of the electronics are concealed. It is just a little swimming pool now with bubbles lol

Took a few attempts to get a response from them, but eventually fixed my issue quickly.

I had scheduled maintenance with them and they pushed the appointment back. I waited 6 hours for them to show up, and no one ever came out.

They have not been working, the job is not finished. They sent someone out twice, were supposed to come to finish and never came back. My pool is still not clean, only half clean, we can not swim.
