I am not sure why he came out, for the drive. Yes, he added bleach and hooked up very, very few hoses and turned the pool on. I had cleaned it myself with the roboot quite a few times. I was told to add water to fill the pool. The pool person came out the next day and turned on the pool. I am not really sure what I paid for, maybe the drive to my house? If that is pool cleaning/opening I better stick with doing it myself. Thanks anyway.

I have been trying to repair this tub for 2 1/2 months now. It started as a leak problemm which took Bruce three trips to resolve that b/c he goes quick and is not thorough. Apparently electrical was left off on one of his repair visits b/c then I developed a frozen motor and I certainly didn't cause that. Then after that issue is resolved now there is a ticking noise in my control panel and it needs maybe a heating element part? I'm not sure b/c Bruce was to look up cost of a part and get back to me and not only has he not done so he doesn't return phone calls timely to customers, one with serious disk issues which is why I have the hot tub and have been out of it now for 2 1/2 months.

The service tech responded to my call same day and was out to my home the next day.

Imperial had some of the required parts on the truck. Got my spa up and running, fixed one major leak and will return to repair other problems as soon as parts arrive. Very good service and reasonably priced.

Their technician was outsstanding, Their office comunication was not good, they missed an appointment, and had to reschedule 3 days later.

Since this was my first year with a pool, I was a little apprehensive about the care of the pool. These guys were very helpful and set my mind at ease with how to care for a pool in the cooler/winter months.
