Although we had a first positive experience with Aaron McGee with IG Improvements our second job has been a nightmare. We hired him to build a deck that was supposed to be completed by late April/early May. We paid 60% down. After 5-6 weeks of either no reply or the incorrect materials presented to us and then incorrect materials ordered, workers finally showed up 5/20/2015 for 3 days. We then did not hear from him for another 2-3 weeks and he assigned a new project manager (without us knowing). The new PM accomplished the framing and started the electrical work. The following week we stopped hearing from him (PM) and he stated he no longer works for this company we need to get a hold of Aaron. The PM stated he hasn't been able to reach Aaron McGee for 4 days. I called the store where our materials were ordered and the rest of our materials that were supposed to be at our house was cancelled due to lack of payment by IG. Currently we are short approx. $2k and not sure where to go from here. We have a framed deck with no response from our contractor. Please use BBB accredited businesses. We have learned our lesson in home improvements.

They were excellent! They were very easy to work with, very accessible, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again in the future.
