Description of Work: We bought carpet for a large room. The original carpet installed had a manufactures flaw. The immediately ordered carpet and expedited so it would be in by Easter when we had family coming. Were wonderful to work with, we are most happy.

Description of Work: We had our carpet replaced in our house. ICC worked with us for 2 months until we found the carpet we loved. They ordered almost every sample possible and did it with a smile. Their pricing system is easy to understand and helps with finding carpet within your budget. We could not find the carpet we liked in the color we wanted at the price we wanted for the whole house but we were able to get the living room, basement, and bonus room carpet from ICC. The installers did an excellent job and the carpet looks great. Janet was very patient and pleasant to work with. She even went out of her way to help us find the wood floor we loved at the price we wanted. Too bad the wood floor took too long to come in and we had to get the wood floor elsewhere.
