We were very happy with them. They were highly-rated by Angie's List members and our friends.

They were prompt, they gave a good estimate and they were quick.

When we moved into our home there was a 2" chemical burn in a hallway carpet. Since there was extra carpet in the attic we had matching carpet available. I called ICC four times over an 7 week period before anyone returned my call. When they finally called and left voice mail I returned the call immediately. I called twice more over a 4 week period before getting a response. An employee came out the next week, replaced the bad section and was done in twentyy minutes. The bill? $150!!!! for 20 minutes.When they wouldn't return my calls I should have moved on to someone else. $150 for 20 minutes? Really?

We called for an estimate for recarpeting the entire house and to replace vinyl tile with ceramic in three areas. This was a home we had just purchased and we were hoping to have everything done before our furniture was delivered. The Sales rep, Dan Scofield, came to our home to measure for the estimate and we told him about our tight time constraints. He called later to say that he discussed it with the man in charge and that they could go a long way towards meeting our timeframes, within a limited selection of carpeting and tile. We went to the store and were showed the selections that could be obtained more quickly than the rest and were given a day sooner than we expected when the carpet could be installed. This worked out great as all of the other places we called, including ICC initially, said there was a backlog of several weeks. We ordered the carpeting and tile and it was all installed excellently by highly qualified contractors. The contractors worked very cooperatively with drywallers, painters, and before it was complete, the furniture movers. What I was picturing as totally chaos turned out to be a smooth opertion due to the professionalism and helpful attitude of the ICC installers. After the tile installation, an ICC service worker came (same day) and rehung doors, retacked carpet, etc. After he left we discovered that two doors could open as far as necessary, but not open fully (this was due to uneven floors in the house, no fault of the installation). We called ICC and they sent their service agent out a second time who planed the doors so they could open fully. Overall it was a very positive experience and we were highly satisfied with all of the individuals we dealt with through ICC as well as the process, the price and the finished results.

They had a great selection of hardwood flooring products and the sales woman was very helpful in supporting our product selection including enabling us to visit a home where the product that we chose had been recently installed. Installation was done on time and the crew did a nice job of keeping the dust down and our house clean.

They were on time. They did a good job. They ordered a couple of pieces and came back and installed it.

It was very nice to do business with them. I had a positive experience with them. I would use their services again in the future.

The job turned out to be very nice. They said they would get the job done and they did. They took a little bit longer as unfortunately the hold up was in California and not here. I would mention to give self-cleaning time because I happened to take the carpet out they did not. They came from a different place so it might have taken them a while which allowed myself a lot of time. I would surely use their services again in the future.

When I originally called, the sales person I had was very helpful. I was just looking for an estimate, because we had water damage, so we generally talked through what needed replacing and he gave me an idea of how much it would cost. (this was the 3rd company I checked). We then went to the showroom, and after a couple visits, decided on what color laminate we wanted. The salesperson did save us some money by mentioning we could pull up the exisiting laminate and carpet and dispose of it at their facility. The actual installation went smoothly. The only concerns, I guess you would say, were 2 things. 1. The installers asked if we were putting laminate in the closets. We weren't sure and couldn't get hold of the salesperson in time, so they didn't, when later we found out that was included in the price. That seemed like a miscommunication between the salesperson and installers. 2. I had picked up shoemold ahead of time to paint, and my husband noticed after they had already started installing shoemold that they didn't realize we had picked it up already. We were surprised the installers had some already- I guess they were prepared! Overall, though, we had a great experience!

They did a great job. The price was a little high but it was fair. The quality of the work was outstanding.

We had ~1200sqft of carpeting installed in our basement. The installers did an incredible job removing all of the items from shelves, moving furniture, etc, to make sure the install was perfect. The carpet quality is great and we are very happy with the whole installation.

It went very well because when I called and spoke to the owner, he knew the job. I was very impressed with his personal attention and desire to help his clients.

We had no problems with them. They were excellent. They did good work, so our carpet looks fine. I would recommend them.

We found ICC Floors on Indianapolis Home Show. I would recommend that their product is very good. Both the owner and the workers are really good. If there is something wrong, they definitely will fix it. They do a good job. The only thing that they lacked was on their sales force. The sales person was very nice, but she was slow to respond to our e-mails. The sales experience wasn’t as good as it first started out. I probably would use their product, but I don’t know if I would use the whole installers and sales force in the future.

ICC Floors Company was fine. They returned my phone calls. The person who came out to take the measurements was very helpful. The person who did the installation did a fine job. The person that works in their showroom was good at what she did. They were responsive and punctual. Their price was okay; it wasn’t high or low; it was in the middle. I would recommend them.

Unfortunately, horrible. Took over 8 wks to get carpet from first order. When arrived in mid November 2010, carpet installers came, began job and midway into job (after all existing carpet was already torn out or about to be torn out) I noticed carpet was wrong colors. Melissa Drutis, from ICC, who was responsible for this, admitted her mistake, apologized for ordering the wrong stuff and promised to make it right. It took another 14+ weeks for replacement carpet to show up. After multiple attempts to contact Melissa during this time for updates, with delayed or no response from her or multiple excuses, we turned to her boss, MIke Dugan for help. We found out, she didn't actually even place the whole replacement order. In speaking with Mike, he claimed to not know anything about the problems we were experiencing over the months. The carpet finally arrived and was installed March 8, 2011. Not one call from either Mike or Melissa has been made to us since the install on March 8, not even to follow up on how things went, were we satisfied with the job, etc. No offer of compensation or discount has been made for our trouble. **Mike Dugan followed up with an offer of compensation for our troubles and we accepted.

I did what they suggested and it saved me a lot of money and cost them my business. They correctly figured that the next time I need flooring I will contact them. I really appreciate their integrity and their help. Thanks, ICC Floors!

I used them because they were the cheapest among all the quotes that I got. They were very punctual and did a good job.

Workers were punctual and responsive. Dryer was scratched when they moved it from the laundry room. A couple of tiles also were either not cut right or set improperly and we (the owners) had to ask them to replace them. We called ICC and reported the dryer scratch and they sent a worker with the appropriate paint to cover the scratches. So considering the price that we paid for labor, the initial quality was disappointing, until we requested that it be corrected. We used this company for carpet replacement and were extremely pleased with their work. That is why we went back to them for the tile. We would use them again for carpet, but not for another tile installation.

This is the second time we have worked with Dave Little at ICC. He is a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable about their products. As mentioned above the install proved difficult. The outside contractors ICC hires to do their install work handled it but I had to pay additional for the work. Not that unusual with this kind of work. It definitely took them longer than they had originally scheduled and they never took a break other than lunch the entire time they were here. Dave makes sure the customer is pleased with the final product. For example, on the first job, the pre-finished wood flooring we picked did not match the wood flooring it adjoined as well as we wanted so Dave suggested a strip of tiny decorative tile between the two rooms. Not only does the break fool the eye into thinking the wood floors match it looks great as an accent. On the tile job a wood worker cut the wrong end of the door off to clear the new floor. Again Dave was ready to do whatever it took to correct it but I opted to leave it as the door is rarely closed anyway.

We had been looking for the right hardwood flooring for several weeks. Walked into ICC told the salesman what we were looking for and he tooks us right to two options. Both were great. Had a hard time choosing. Decided on one. The price was within our budget. It took a few extra days to deliver the product but once it was in the installers showed up bright and early. They were willing to stay late to complete the job in as little time as possible. The installers were considerate of my home and did a great job cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. Did a great job installing including a few special borders around a couple of rooms. More product needed to be delivered which delayed the project about a week. But the floor looks great. We get lots of compliments on our ICC Floor. About seven months later one board started to crack and ICC sent someone out right away to repair it. No Hassel. No cost. How about that? The repair is unnoticeable

Install was good, but had to call store because installers were several hours late with no phone call or explanation.

This project went very smoothly. We were preparing our parents house to put on the market and found ICC to be very cooperative on meeting our budget and our tight schedule.
