Description of Work: They carpeted two large rooms and a hallway. It was a good job finished in one day. A damaged place on a piece of furniture was satisfactorily repaired with no hassle. Two persons from the company stopped by to check on the day of the installation.

 + -1 moreTHE SALESMAN DID NOT LISTEN TO WHAT WE WANTED IN A NEW CARPET. HE KEPT TALKING ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF CARPET BUILDING INCLUDING THINGS THAT WERE NOT RELEVANT TO THE KIND OF CARPET WE WANTED.
Description of Work: WE WERE GETTING QUOTES TO HAVE ABOUT 400SF CARPETED INCLUDING THE STAIRS. THE SALESMAN WE WERE DEALING WITH WAS SO OBNOXIOUS IN THE INITIAL MEETING AT THE STORE WE DECIDED TO GO ELSEWHERE. BETTER DEALS CAN BE FOUND AT FLOORING BASICS, INC. SEE REPORT.

 + -1 moreTHE SALESMAN, TONY, WAS POLITE WHEN WE INITIALLY DEALT WITH HIS COMPANY. HOWEVER, ONCE IT BECAME APPARENT HIS MATH SKILLS CAUSED THE PROBLEMS, HIS ATTITUDE BECAME VERY IMMATURE AND HE PROCLAIMED THAT ICC NEVER EVER ACCEPTS RETURNS. AFTER ANGIE'S INTERVENTION, THEY DID TAKE THE TILE BACK. THE ICC SECRETARY SAID THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. WE WOULD SUGGEST ONE SHOULD GET SEVERAL ESTIMATES. AN INACCURATE FIGURE SHOULD JUMP OUT.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED TILE TO DO MY BATHROOM FLOOR SURROUNDING A TUB. ICC OVERESTIMATED THE TILE NEEDED BY 37 SQUARE FEET OF MATERIAL TO FINISH A BATHROOM. (8X8 = 64+15%+73) TONY CAME UP WITH 110 FEET. THEN HE REFUSED, AS A POINT OF POLICY, TO TAKE IT BACK .

 + -1 moreONE OF THE PRINCIPLES (NATHAN) WORKED WITH US. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND GAVE US VERY FAIR PRICING. HIS INSTALLATION CREW WAS SUPERB. THE LEAD MAN HAS ABOUT 25 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS AND IT SHOWED. THEY WORKED FOR 9:15 AM TO 7:15 PM WITH NO BREAKS OR LUNCHES JUST TO MAKE UP FOR A MISSED DAY OF WORK DUE TO SNOW. THE PRICE DID NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF CARPET IN THE FAMILY ROOM (THIS IS SOMETHING THEY DO NOT USUALLY DO.) THE RUG THAT WAS NOT BOUGHT FROM THEM TORE WHEN VACUUMED. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND REPAIRED THE RUG EVEN THOUGH THEY DID SELL THIS CARPET FOR THE FAMILY ROOM. WONDERFUL COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND GOOD PEOPLE.
