During the night our heat pump started buzzing and the fan would not turn on, leaving us with no air conditioning in 90° heat. We called Hughes in the morning and they were able to come the same afternoon. The tech was very punctual, pleasant and professional. He found the problem quickly and had the part for our heat pump. In under an hour our pump was running and the house was cooling down. We had a maintenance agreement so we received a discount on the part and service call. We have used Hughes in the past and they are always helpful, professional and friendly. We have been very happy with their service and this time was no different. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend Hughes.

What a wonderful company! Ken went above and beyond what he needed to do to ensure our comfort when our air went out and we were waiting for a part. Hughes displayed very kind, generous, and caring acts that you may not see in other service providers that are so focused on whats in it for them. I highly recommend Hughes to all of my family and friends and will use them as long as we can! Thank you, Ken!

After leaving numerous messages, Jason finally returned our call. Informed us that all technicians were away for training for a week and that the one technician that was performing service calls did not work on water heaters. Jason suggested that since they had upheld their 1 year labor agreement on our new water heater that we call another company for service. He stated that since we did not choose their bid to install a new air conditioner earlier in the summer that we should take our business elsewhere.

It's very good. He always works with me to make sure that we have an appropriate appointment date and he lets me prepay for the next services. I would definitely recommend him.

Jason was on time, friendly, and fast. He cleaned our old hvac and insured it's working without trying to sell us anything "extra" I appreciate that!

Unfortunately, our furnace was subject to water damage and our heat went out due to it around 3 am on one of the coldest nights of the winter months. I called Hughes Heating and Cooling at as soon as we discovered the issue and they called me back at 7:55 am (they open at 8) and were at our house within 20 minutes. The furnace was repaired very quickly, the price was incredibly reasonable and I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. I would recommend this company!!

They are great. They come out right away. They are very responsive, so that's why I keep using them.

The tech was able to come by for a diagnostic as to why the furnace was not working within 2 hours of the initial call. During the first visit the tech immediately new the issue and was able to come back with the new motor within the hour. Overall, this company was very prompt and the price was fair for someone else to do the work.

It went ok. The furncace is rather old and they seemed to do good work.

Jason did a great job. He was responsive to the requests. He gave a fair quote and explained why he quoted the product line that he did. He assessed what I actually needed and quoted that. He arrived on time and completed the work within the time he set. The units have both worked well to date.

They have been excellent. They call and tell me when they can come out and I pick a time. They check my A/C and furnace units and change filters for me. The filter was clean as can be, so he saved me the money on a new filter for this maintenance visit. I highly recommend their services!

They were on site within 2 hours of calling them. It was not an "emergency call". Went right to work and completed all service in a professional manner. When it came time to pay, he explained my options including what it would cost for this call or I could sign up for their annual service program which would include this service call and one in the fall for a furnace tune up. Much better deal, most others would charged for this call and be done with it - better for them.

It went well. He said the A/C unit was very clean and ready for the summer.

Hughes did a great job. They arrived on time, finished the same day and stayed on budget. They have been servicing my heating and air conditioning needs for ~7 years and always do a great job.

I contacted Hughes to give me an estimate to replace my air conditioner, furnace and humidifier. Jason came to the house and clearly explained my options. I was provided with 2 different estimates and we agreed on the package. Jason called within a few days to determine the date for installation. Three individuals arrived and were able to replace the equipment in a single day. Due to the available space, they had to be creative when they installed the furnace. Jason had explained this to me when we first met. They were efficient, thorough, courteous and answered any questions I had during the installation. They provided clear instructions for me and left only after cleaning everything very well. Jason came by in the afternoon and provided paperwork I needed to submit for available rebates. Hughes made things easy for me. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.

I was a little disappointed because I feel like I was overcharged for him to come out, and clean the filter and also cleaned the furnace.

Routine service. Everything checked out okay. I've used Hughes to service this home & this furnace for 8 yrs. They are honest people. They are NOT a company out to sell you things that you don't need. I'm terrible with names, but I instantly recognized the tech that arrived today. It's nice to work with a company that does not have high turnover.

They are very prompt, will go directly to the furnace and get to work right away. They installed my furnace 10 years & I have been using them twice a year ever since.

My A/C unit went out on the day we had 105 degrees. I called Jason late that evening and he was at my house the next day even with his over busy schedule. my condenser was bad. he replaced it and We had A/c again. will always call them for repairs. they are honest and come out right away when needed.

Our air conditioning stopped working this past VERY HOT week-end. Jason came out Sunday afternoon and had us up in running in less then an hour. He thoroughly explained the problems and his recommendations for repairs. We have used Hughes Heating and Cooling before and have always been impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. They run their business and treat their customers the "old-fashioned way" with respect and honesty.

I have used Hughes Heating and Cooling for about 15 years now and have been very pleased with their service, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile if needed. When it was time to replace my furnace/air conditioner unit, Hughes Heating and Cooling gave me a couple options on units and had the new one in within the week. Not only do I use them, but my whole family does as well. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Jason had different people specializing in different things which allowed them to perform all of the tasks in one day, it was very well coordinated. They were all very professional and very thorough. They were punctual and I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent job.

The Hughes Service Man came prepared to change out the squeeky induction blower. If this blower goes out it shuts down the whole unit. Thus no heat. They checked the old blowers operation and it was operating in an erratic way with the amperage fluctuating. I was shown the readings and he explained what the normal range was. I was told that my induction blower was an older type and that the blower to be installed was an improved model. The service man answered any question I asked in a way that I could understand the why and what was being worked on. I also liked Hughe's up-front statement that if any furnace part was under warrenty they would handle the warrenty replacement detailes with no charge to me. Unfortunately, the 5 year warrenty on my induction lower had expired.
