Description of Work: Came in to bid on a couple new gas lines and while the bid was too high, his advice gave me enough confidence to do it myself. Was truly a professional and the work they would have done would have been much improved over my quick fix, but I just didn't have the money to spend on a long term solution at this time.

Description of Work: During this visit Howald did its semi-annual cleaning and inspection. We also have had them install new heating ducts. They are always very honest, do a thorough job, and do not try to "upsell" you on products you do not need, unlike other vendors we have used in the past.
