Description of Work: I've used Howald (formerly Broad Ripple Heating) for many years. They've always been good, professional, and, as far as I can tell, have charged competitively. Since I've always been pleased, I haven't really shopped around. My last service was an air conditioning checkup -- I have them come in the spring for that and in the fall for furnace check.
