Description of Work: I contacted Toni Grimes because my husband and I were in the process of buying a ca. 1920's home that needed extensive remodeling that included removing load bearing walls and an almost entire redesign of the main floor layout in which I had already conceptualized. Less than a month from the closing of our new home, I knew it had become important that I find an architect who could assist me in solving a number of critical details on paper which I knew would make or brake my new design. Toni seemed unpretentious, professional, and unassuming. She listened carefully and understood the working relationship I expected. I felt comfortable enough with her on personal level and on a professional level (I am an Interior Designer) and had every intention of hiring her. Unfortunately, just before our home closing, our Land Survey revealed a serious Encroachment that forced us to walk away from purchasing the property.
