Hot tub was tripping the breaker. Hot springs came out and diagnosed that water was clogged causing breaker to trip. They could have charger for unneeded parts. Honest people to work with.

Ed took the time to show me all of his spas. He did not do a hard sell but simply explained the differences and what might be the needs of someone such as myself. He gave me options without me feeling any obligations. He also gave me a great price. I left the store to think about the proposition and several days later I called back to see if I could get the same deal. No problem. Ed got the right electrician for me and followed up to see if the electrician did his job. When I was wired, the brought the spa to me and took the old one I had. Delivery was at no additional cost nor was taking away the old one. Delivery included a complete set up of chemicals and instructions from the men who set it up. I truly believe if I have a problem I could call Ed and he would follow up and make sure everything is made right. It was a pleasant experience with no headaches. I am very glad I stopped at his store to get some information.

Called Hot Springs as they are the dealer, was told it will take a few days to get there, which was no problem and I must give them a credit card number first. Apparently they came out and replaced a part, but they never called, and my only concerns are: I didn't get at itemized bill, just a $350 charge on my credit card, and they left out 2 screws on the side cover, which are missing. These are not easy to find, as they are chrome or stainless steel, countersunk and about 3 inches long.

I was very happy with them. Even the repair cost me $1000, I would use them again. They were expensive. I will use them again in the future.

They even noticed that we had been given the wrong lid, and they gave us a brand new lid. They were satisfactory in every aspect. Overall, this is a company of high integrity with the desire to not only make the sale but to also satisfy the customer. It's one of the finest experiences I've had with people in the area.

The experience was good, they understood the products quite well. They did a good job on their install.

we did not buy a spa, but we got awesome service. When we do buy a spa it will be from Hot Spring.

The service tech was fantastic. I think these guys are extremely honest about what is needed and not needed. I did not get this feeling from the store at 146th street. The tech was courteous and explained the proper way to fill the tub. Only charged for the piece I needed. The heater was kicking off because of the way I filled it (It came with the purchase of our home) and I was an easy mark for the "you need a new heater." This tech tested the heater, fixed the part I broke and educated me in the process. They now have a returning customer.

They came out the very next day. They did a good job.

He was a very nice salesman, with lots of info and answered all my questions. I was able to "wet" test 3 different tubs. If they had not been so expensive I would have bought from this dealer. As this was my first hot tub I didnt want to start with a Cadillac.

The service manager, Joe, told me that he could send someone out to fix it as I had requested, but he could save me the service call cost if I just followed his verbal instructions over the phone. He explained to me how to find the reset button inside the service panel. All I had to do was press the button, and that was the fix. He saved me some money when he didnt have to. He had even given me his cell phone number so that I could call after store hours when I was home from work and able to do the procedure.

After a move to the Indianapolis area, I found a leak underneath my hot tub and I suspected a crack in a pump from being dropped by the movers. I called Hot Springs and explained my situation. I was told someone would be by to check the problem out. The tech arrived on time. He took off my service panel, which was not even screwed on at the time, and told me that my problem was a leak around the pump fitting which will stop after the water warms up. We then talked about unrelated things such as my move and my house. The bill was $84 for a service call, which I could live with, but also $30 for labor which on the paperwork says 17 minutes. All he did was lift the unscrewed service panel and visually inspect the leak for about 1 minute. He said that it was their policy to charge for labor if anything was done. Apparently he charged me for the time we spent talking also. Calls to the service manager were useless. He told me the same policy as the tech had.

THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED ON TIME, BUT WAS VERY GRUMPY ABOUT THE ACCESS TO THE TUB. THEY HAD TO REMOVE THE TUB FROM A YARD VIA A SUNPORCH. THIS WAS THE SAME WAY THEY HAD INSTALLED IT, SO IT SHOULDNT HAVE COME AS A SURPRISE. WHEN THEY HAD IT SET UP AT THE NEW LOCATION, THEY REFUSED TO FILL IT, STATING THAT WAS NOT A PART OF THE SERVICE. SINCE I HAD TALKED TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THE MOVE AND HAD BEEN QUOTED THAT PART AS INCLUDED, WE WERE QUITE UPSET. THE SERVICE MANAGER (JOE) BECAME QUITE BELLIGERENT WITH US AND ACTUALLY THREATENED THAT THEY WOULD NO LONGER PROVIDE SERVICE TO US AND THEY WOULD VOID OUR WARRANTY. AFTER SOME NEGOTIATION, THEY DID FILL IT, AND SENT SOMEONE OUT TO CHECK ON WHY THE HEATER WASNT WORKING AFTER THE MOVE. WE REFUSED TO PAY THEM UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. IT IS NOW COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION, BUT WE FEEL RATHER "BEATEN UP" BY THE PROCESS, AND I HAVE LOST RESPECT FOR THEIR COMPANY DESPITE HAVING GREAT SERVICE IN THE PAST.
