Hopkins did a great job fixing this quickly. Lucky for me, it was just a minor issue. It is nice to have an auto mechanic that I can trust. They only fix things that need fixed unlike some past experiences I have had with other shops.

I'm still having a bit of an issue. I'm just going to wait until my oil change to ask about it. In my opinion they should have test driven the car. I don't think that they did.

I was shopping around for a mechanic and dropped by to interview the place. I wanted to talk to the owner. I walked in and there was an older gentleman at the desk. I told him i was looking for a mechanic, he became gruff and tried to put me off until october. I said well let me just ask you about some things. He became very rude and shot me down at every question. His customer service is poorly lacking. I told him i was just looking for service and he was not interested in giving any.

I couldn't be happier. Reasonable, helpful, honest people who don't try to oversell services. They definitely have earned our future business. They have done repairs previously done by the dealership at half the cost and it was actually done right.

They do everything I need! I have been going to him for 20 years now. He is honest and will not do work that doesn't need to be done.

It was an excellent experience. Jeff was friendly and professional as he checked me in at the door. I told him of the issue thinking it might be a worn steering rack since I had replaced both all ball joints an tie rods just a few years ago at a different garage. He had the car onto the lift within 30 minutes and they diagnosed it as a worn ball joint and tie rod within a very short time. Although I wasn't expecting that to be the problem, it was a much less expensive repair than the steering rack I was anticipating. He told me it would take several hours get the part and make the repair. When he noticed that I was waiting at the shop, he offered me a loaner car so that I could go home and be more productive. I have never been offered that option from any other garage! Within a few hours it was done and I have been driving it for a few days and the symptoms are gone so I am certain it was the correct diagnosis and that it was repaired properly. I have a new friend for all of my car repairs!

Jeff has been entrusted with my cars for more than 10 years, and I've never had a reason to even consider going anywhere else. He has been completely trustworthy, and I have no fear that anything will be done that is not necessary. If a repair is warranted, he presents the options from MY point of view, not what's likely to give him the largest work order. I've referred my extended family to him, and they've had nothing but good things to say too. More than once I've brought an issue to him that he's fixed and would not accept payment. Highly unusual to hold an automotive repair shop up as an example of sterling customer service, but Hopkins truly is.

They fixed it for free. All of my experiences with Hopkins have been good and I certainly can't complain about anything. They are fair on prices and they don't do things that are not needed. They are very good, which is more than you can say for the car dealerships. They have done very well on quality.

This was my first experience with Jeff Hopkins and his crew and I cannot recommend him more highly. Jeff went over that which needed to be replaced and quoted a price up front. After I came to get the vehicle he showed me the replaced parts and where the leaking of coolant occurred. I was geared up knowing that I would have to replace the compressor. I now have a 12 month warranty on the parts and I am quite pleased. I cannot more highly recommend Jeff's services to others. He's honest and has so many accolades from others that I am overwhelmed at this point. I want to have Jeff service all of my vehicles in the future. Once you see for yourself, I am sure you will feel the same.

We have used Jeff for all of our oil changes and general maintenance on both our cars for 10 years now. The service is always excellent; getting an appointment is super easy; Jeff (the owner) knows us by name; the services are always done within a reasonable amount of time. We love that we get honest, reliable feedback on our cars and constantly refer others to check them out. We even contacted Jeff for his opinion on a new car we were looking to buy when we needed a larger car for our newborn baby.

We use them all the time. They are local and they are very close to where we live. They are very convenient. They are extremely knowledgeable but also very honest. We feel like that they only do what needs to be done and we are very comfortable with them. They do a great job.

My Internet diagnosis had suggested needing a wheel hub assembly replacement, but Hopkins determined that my brakes were the problem. They went above and beyond in getting the repairs done when my schedule was a problem (try getting that at a dealer). Wheel noise is now gone. I had always been wary of having my hybrid serviced outside the dealer, but Hopkins has earned a new customer. Very satisfied.

They are spectacular but unfortunately, I am in there quite a bit. Jeff, the guy there, is honest which is hard to find. I love him. I have never met anybody dealing with cars like him. He is wonderful.

I love Hopkins! I have taken my car there and they fixed it and not charge me before because he said it was just not worth charging because it was so easy. He just said to bring it back again next time. They are phenomenal! If what he fixes doesn't solve the problem, he will not charge you for it. He is really good. We take our 5 cars to them and he likes us. I would use them again and I would recommend them highly.
