They came out same day. Sent a picture of who would be coming.

Our tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Richard was super! The only thing we did not like about our experience was the flat-rate pricing. We thought the price was fair overall, but just would have felt more comfortable as a consumer seeing the itemized breakdown between parts and labor. We would definitely give them another shot.

Provided several options from replumbing whole house to just fixing 2 bad spots. I will obtain more estimates in the future to replumb more of the house. The repair was expensive but was completed quickly. The plumber was very courteous and well trained.

The Best customer service from making the appointment to the job being finished. Not only are they professional, they clean up after theyâ re done. And Not one has ever made me look at a manâ s butt crack while they work. Come on yâ all know thatâ s an added bonus.

It was a great experience

They came, listened and assisted the problem. Gave me a few options. When I told them just what I wanted, they went and got the parts they needed, came back to the house and made the repairs. I appreciated the quick, courteous and professional service, but felt the cost was high although expected.

They came to my house, I told them what needs fixed, and they wanted a lot of money to fix the problem! The plumber was here just to kill time ð Told me I could do most of the work myself! Told me a lie on how to fix spicket! Johnson Plumbing came and said I would not be able to replace the spicket by just taking the 2 screws out and turning the spicket off. He said there was no winter guard on it and, depending on if the pipe was copper or metal that the pipe would have to be soddered back on. Would I recommend them NO!!!!
