After spending $189 to, basically, replace a flapper in the toiler, the problem was not fixed. The same condition exists now as it did before the "repair." In addition, it seemed that the plumber simply wanted to sell me more services and more products, including to replace the entire toilet for over $800. Never again.

I loved the idea, that they kept me informed as to the status of my request for their service. The plumber was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. They left no mess, and made sure I was happy with their work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. They are awesome.

HOPE did a fine job on the plumbing, but they are 2x as expensive as other good options. Of course, I did not know their price until they were already at my house to fix a basic kitchen drain clog. Their standard price to unclog a drain is $221. Took him 30 minutes. They do not advertise their prices up front for obvious reasons.

The first appt they did not show. I was scheduled from 8 to 12. At 12:10 got a call I was next and they would call when headed my way. I had another appt at 1:30. Told them I would be available at 4 - was told I would be charged an " $105.00 emergency fee" that was not refundable. I rescheduled. Was called today they had a 10:00 cancellation did I want to take it. I said yes. Plumber showed at approximately 11:30. He was very professional, cordial and friendly. Looked at my toilet - yes the ball and flap needed replaced he would give me options. First option was to replace the toilet etc. I ended up paying $259 for a ball and flap replacement. Job was completed in about 15/20 minutes. If not for the fact that I had already lost about 8 hrs work over the 2 days they were scheduled (a week apart) and would have paid $69 just for them to come out I would not have had the work done by them. I feel I was overcharged for a ball and flap replacement. Again I have no problem with the plumber he was great and was doing his job, but I won't call them again.

I specifically requested service on a Backflow Preventer. When they got here, I was informed that they aren't certified to service Backflow Preventers, offered to replace it for almost $1000. Still charged me the $69 service fee.

I was charged $350 to merely fix a faucet. They were only here about 15 min.

The 2 men, Joel and Freddy, that worked at our house were very professional, cordial, hard working and they kept us informed on how the project was progressing. I can't say enough about them. Very good experience.

The customer rep when I called was very polite and had a friendly voice. The plumber tech was a great guy! He was knowledgeable, friendly and worked at a steady pace to get my plumber repairs & installation completed.

They did a great job, however they were on the expensive side.

Was able to get my issue fixed the same day I called them and the job was done right at a reasonable price.
