I just moved into an old home that I bought. I had weak hot water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom wasn't so bad. Hope plumbing sent a plumber to evaluate the situation. The diagnosis was a new water heater to solve my upstairs sink problem. This was a very expensive repair for me because the inspector did not tell me about my 20 year old water heater causing an issue, so it was not in the budget. However, I had hot water and it was not an imminent threat of losing hot water. This contractor assured me that a new water heater would solve my issue. My issue was resolved with a simple twist of the wrench under the upstairs sink after the $2,000 water heater was installed. I was convinced otherwise and I reluctantly agreed. I encounter this business strategy in vehicle repair aswell. Customer service Representatives will pick the most expensive job assuring you it will solve the problem and once you pay for it, it won't solve your original concern. They'll be glad to listen to you AFTER you paid big money, but some customer service agents really only see dollar signs, and I don't appreciate this business strategy. I could have gone longer and saved for a new water heater. Now I'm in debt paying interest on a new water heater because I was convinced it would solve my concern and the reality is the water heater wasn't causing it. Furthermore this plumber broke my downstairs faucet trying to improve it. He took apart a cartridge to improve water flow but when the cartridge was put back together the cartridge leaked. He also scratched a decorative piece with his wrench getting to that cartridge. This plumber told me he would call me on Monday and never did. I had to call the manufacturer to explain the situation and luckily the manufacturer of the faucet was sympathetic and is sending me a new cartridge and decorative piece free of charge. The manufacturer representative told me to fire this plumber, so I felt obligated to write a review.

Leon installed a hot water recirculator and replaced an anti freeze faucet. He did not leave until everything worked as it should.

They were reasonably priced fast and efficient

This company provided excellent service. They were prompt, informative, and made my wife feel educated, not sold to. We were both very happy with the work. I would say they were probably 5-10% more expensive than what I could have paid, however, I think it was well worth it.

From the office to the actual plumbers that came to my home, they are all polite and professional. Quick diagnosis of my sump pump issues and was provided 3 possible solutions at 3 price points. It's my experience you get what you pay for so I went with the best possible solution. Great service and great people. I highly recommend Hope Plumbing.

I paid $200 and my toilet is not fixed. He replaced a part that was not broken. If it could not be fixed they should have said so.

Leon was awesome, the communication from the first phone call was phenomenal, kept me informed all the way through if I could give more than a 5 star I would!!!

Everything was good except the price. $1,100 to replace 4 shut-off valves under kitchen sink and convert from copper to pex pipe stubs. They called before other companies so I had no estimates for comparing until later in the day. Another company gave me an estimate for half the cost, and I've used that company several times before. Wish I would have waited. Also tried to sell other services totaling $4500! I just needed a simple repair, not a new house.

WAY overpriced. 24 hour delay in appointment time. Even though they were told what was wrong, plumber had to leave to go get additional parts before he could finish. Absolutely shameful!

Hope Plumbing did a wonderful job! The tech they sent, Jon, was professional, communicative and thorough. He was efficient and left my house as he found it. I appreciate the customer service and especially sending a text with a photo of the person they sent to my home. I will recommend them again and again!

Hired then for my sons home in Indiana. I live in Florida. Very cooperative. Followed up with me.
