Kept me posted about arrival times, so I had time to get here and did not have to stay home waiting. Kept me well informed about the progress. Good crew.

I had requested a quote before they came out. I was told they do not give quotes until the tech arrives. I hired them anyway because of their rating on Home Advisor. I do not have any complaints about the technicians. They were both very professional. The first tech could not fix the problem, and I was still charged $163.00. I asked the second tech if the first charge would roll over to my second charge. He said yes. Maybe he did not understand what I was saying. The $163.00 was not deducted from the second charge. All in all it cost almost $700.00 to eventually replace the existing toilet with a new one.

Hope was wonderful about working with me to fit my schedule but still provide service quickly. Kept me updated as needed on the technicians status and made sure to call as soon as they were aware when an issue did come up that caused them to need to reschedule. Work was completed quickly and everything looks great. Will definitely call Hope if I have future plumbing needs.

The plumber was very friendly and helpful and accomplished the repair very quickly. The only problem we encountered was the cost. Our bill was over $400 for a simple repair. We understood that we paid extra ($125) because it was after hours but spending $300 for a minor toilet repair was a bit much!!

Hired Hope plumbing to install a water heater and run additional pex lines to hook up a vanity and fix a few issues in a century old house. Leon did a great job for us and left the job site in great shape. Certainly not the least expensive company, but the quality was on-target.

I was provided with prompt, professional, and courteous service. Their technician solved my plumbing problem in a timely, competent manner. I recommend this company for plumbing repairs, etc.
