Great response time

Work was done properly. Technician tried to up sell and referred me to another that also tried to sell me unnecessary services at high cost. I received a 2nd opinion to verify my suspicions. I would not recommend Hope in good conscience.

Tried to sell me something I did not need for more than $2,000 claiming anyone else would charge over $4,000. Then, referred a second company that does kickbacks to Hope employees for more service that I did not need that they estimated around $5,000. I got a second opinion from another plumber to verify my suspicions. I suggest you do the same. The leak was fixed correctly by Hope. He should have stopped there. I have yet to receive a receipt for the service that was performed.

I hired them to clean my sewer drain . They came out tried to get their snake down there and couldnâ t get it to go with the right direction to clear the line. They ran their scope down through their butt of course it was underwater so you couldnâ t see anything. After a few minutes of trying, they gave up and said that I needed to hire a different company, they needed a bigger machine or something to clean the drain. This was at a cost of $1200 and then they suggested another contractor at $450 I complained and they just refunded my initial payment and canceled the contract that I had signed for home repair and inspections , the gentleman that came out was very polite good people they just didnâ t have the equipment to clean my drain

Ben was awesome! He was a true professional and was very focused and determined to get the job done as quickly as possible with the highest level of quality. His personal persistance to resolve issues along the way is commendable. I would contract with him again in a heartbeat for all my plumbing needs.

It would have been better if the drywall would have been patched up. I walked into my closet to a couple holes in the wall and I had to tape up the drywall that was cut out. I love having the spigot on the back side of my house. Makes watering my garden and deck plants so easy. I would use the again.

The guys are on time they were able to do a job that other plumber said they could not do they threw in $2,000 worth of perks we had our whole house replumbed they did The Impossible according to other plumbers so yes I would recommend hope Plumbing for sure thanks John

We were very happy with the work that was completed at our home. We had an old water softener removed and replaced with a new one plus the salt tank relocated to our garage for spacing in utility closet.

Price is too high for work performed

The technician did not know what he was doing. There to check out water heater, when breaker for water heater kept flipping, he decided something wrong with electric box!. Did fox a running toilet while there & charge was $350 Another plumber gave her a new water heater for $1,000. - no problem with the electrical box. I think they should refund half her money- she has had to have her home stripped of everything, husband in nursing home so income cut in half, many health problems all by herself . Carolyn had to give a post dated check for $350 not to be cashed until her check hit the bank but they did not honor that caused her overdrawal fees. Hope may have reimbursed that but caused her a lot of stress! . I have heard others who have felt Hope overcharged Thank you

Polite and friendly Techs, discussed all the details in the sewer cleanout and future work to be done. Silver Maples' roots from next door killed my sewer line.
