A little pricey in my opinion

Had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling, and their rep accurately located the source (a vent pipe) and made the repair. This was not as straightforward as it sounds, involving searching in my attic and making the right call on where to find the pipe in the wall on the 2nd floor. Nice guy, great work.

Great experience! I needed a waterline for a dishwasher relocated. Hope contacted me almost immediately after posting on Home Advisor. They were able to come out that same day, a day after Christmas which surprised me. They kept me informed as to when the plumber would be here and he even called me to let me know when he was on the way. Once he arrived he explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He got right to work and completed the job within a couple of hours. I would definitely hire them again!

Great customer service

The actual plumbing work was good. The problem is the quote that the plumber was required to present was a massively excessive price of $900 for two outdoor faucet replacements. The homeadvisor estimate is $150 per faucet and I paid $125 three years ago. When I requested the service I was very clear about what I needed, and yet the presented much more than that. Had I not known the price I would have been I would have overpaid. I wish HomeAdvisor had a way to lock in a price range when I request the service so this would not happen.

Explained what they were going to do and asked me if I would approve the work before they began. Included me in all explanations. Very professional and courteous.
