Great job on install, very overpriced?

Great and efficient job, still had a small leak and I called and they were out the next morning to correct it!!!

Josh the plumber explained the job need and how he would solve resetting our toilet and stop the leak and loose fotting! He worked for two hours on the floor, adapter plate and the toilet until it was solidvamd level! We had our watranyy company send out 2 different plumbers over the last 2 years and they did not fix it! Josh did and now we can close on Our sale of the hoise in two weeks! Thank HOPE for responding that day and sending a good plumber! Bill Brown

Very professional.

David did a FANTASTIC job, he fixed a leaking hose bid due to a freezing during the winter, also fixed a drainage that was very tricky. This was by no means cheap, but well worth it. One of the best plumbers I have ever hired.

Great customer Service.

We had the sewer line collapse ten feet underground in the backyard. Hope reacted quickly to the issue and quickly gained the necessary permits to begin the job. The work was completed in several days and throughout the entire experience our contacts Travis and Rickey gave us superior effort and customer service. The situation was very stressful but everything was resolved in record time.

The afternoon of the appointed day, they called saying they did not have the manpower to do the job, could I reschedule? I pointed out that if they could have called earlier, I could have made other arrangements. I gave them 4-day advance notice. When making the appointment, I told them it had to be done today (9/4/20). I cannot think of a reason to call them again.

Tech was helpful and listened to my concerns.

While I was specifically not a fan of the telephone setup for this appointment (?proposing a fee to just show up? which HomeAdvisor is supposed to eliminate, talking over me, and telling me the tech would review the work and provide an estimate? while telling the tech to go ahead and just do the work), I was a huge fan of the Tech: Richard Carballal. In spite of my anger, he remained calm and professional while also expressing sincere empathy for my frustration. Thank you, Richard.

A little too expensive but customer service was excellent.

It was better than expected.

Make sure to check the faucet you are having installed and that the length of the pipes are long enough to connect the water sources so you don't have to pay an extra fee.

They did a great great job. The price seemed high but they replaced the water heater on the same day and did a great job. 700 just seems like a lot considering the water heater was under warranty.

On time very good customer service. John done a very good job he was very clean at what he done. John was so friendly he was like having a family member in our home.

Responded rapidly to my request to replace the toilets in our new house. The plumber they sent was extremely helpful and friendly, pre-emptively gave me advice and quotes on other projects besides the one I hired them for. Work was completed quite rapidly, same day as the quote. No complaints about quality. Well-priced, we got a good deal on the work and got some shut-off valves thrown in too.

Install went well, and he actually completed the job a bit quicker than expected. There was a minor leak after install, which they came right back out to fix. Everything is working great.

Was contacted 30 seconds after contacting Home Advisor App. Appt made for 5p estimate/ installation. Made time allotment and arrangements for appointment. morning of day of appointment was called by Gabe that mistake was made in arrangements and plumber would not be coming because residence not in immediate service area. If I still wanted to keep appointment I would be assessed additional service charges amounting to $200.00. This would be on top of regular installation charges. Unfortunately this was not revealed at time of booking. Obviously I did not accept these terms. So not only was my time wasted I still don't have hot water. Nice business model Hope Plumbing. Maybe you should stay off of home advisor app until you get your professional big boy pants on.Nice screening process Home Advisor another unhappy customer

Prompt and quality parts. Only two days for a full house replumb. Very tidy with necessary demolition.
