I was surprised the toilet switch out was not as I expected. The seats were on wrong and I had to point that out. There were caps missing. I asked for the instructions to make sure all the parts were included (they found the caps) and I never got the paperwork. I expected them to take the old toilets but they said they did not but I should have clarified when booked. Out carpets were wet from removing the old toilets when they took it out from an upstairs bathroom through a room, landing and steps.

Angie quoted a prepaid rate of $303.00 And I was charged $570. Plumber cut into my drywall in wrong place twice. Third time he got it right. I suggest that place first. Now I have to get a drywall repair and paint. Plumber started at $1,150 on work that did not need. And cut it in half.
