He did a noce job. He was very clean througout the process. I was amazed. He covered everything in a bucket and carried it out by hand. He did an excellent. The price was waht he estimated.

During the inspection of our house the inspector noticed 2 boards of exterior trim that were rotten. We were given 6 days to have these repairs done before closing on our house. Marc was prompt to give an estimate and was able to complete the repairs on closing day. Overall he did a great job, he did notice an adjacent board that needed to be replaced which cost an extra $25 on top of the estimate.

The job went very well. He laid out the tile for us to see the pattern before he put it down. He did a great job.

Work was expertly done. Actual damage to the fascia was worse than anticipated. It took a second trip to obtain materials and complete work. A window screen that was accidentally torn from falling refuse was promptly repaired. All refuse from the work was completely cleaned up. Marc was very professional and easy to work with. Because of conflicts by either Marc or myself, and inclement weather, work had to be rescheduled several times.

Marc was very easy to work with. His price was the same as other quotes I received and his work was excellent. He is very professional and we would definitely use him again in the future.

A delivery-truck driver smashed into our mailbox and post, and we couldn't get the original installer to replace it for a week. Meanwhile, the post office wouldn't deliver mail until the box was mounted on the post. I called Marc to do a temporary fix until the other company could get here. He called me back within a few minutes and had completed the repair within a couple of hours. I'll definitely call him again.

Marc was easy to work with in getting him to come do an estimate. It took a little longer than I thought it should for him to email the estimate to me (I reminded him once). After I accepted the estimate, we arranged a specific day and time for the work to begin. I arranged to go into work about a hour late that day so I could be home and get Marc started and answer any questions. At 30 minutes past our arranged meeting time, I called Marc's cell phone (no answer). At 45 minutes past time, I had to leave the house and go into work. 3 days later, I haven't heard anything and I am in the process of arranging someone else to complete the job.

For quite a while, we had traces of moisture under lower layers of ceramic tile of the master bathroom shower. Adjacent baseboards were rotted and looked awful. A few companies suggested replacement of significant parts of the shower tile and as a result gave us high priced estimate. Marc was the only one who was able to isolate the problem and give us very reasonable price. The second problem we had was the patio door, which did not slide well. Marc came over to check for the problems at the convenient for us time on Saturday and provided us with estimate promptly. After we made decision to work with Marc, he included us in his busy schedule, arrived perfectly on time and worked for two days. The second day he was on his own because none of us could stay at home. Not only he is done a terrific job on both problems, but he also went above and beyond on his duties. He noticed for instance, that our entrance door was not adjusted well and corrected it with no extra charge. All in all, he is really professional, and very pleasant person to communicate with. He is definitely our handyman of choice for the next project we need!

We bought a new house that had never been lived in. I called Hoosier Handyman (Marc) and had a list of things that needed to be done. Some have higher priorities than others. The roof vent nails were one of them. So I called him to see if he could do it and then scheduled him to come over. He did so promptly and then began and finished work in a few hours. Very easy to talk to. Did not feel uncomfortable while dealing with him at all. Good businessman.

It was great! I was worried that he wouldn't be able to put them back together again and as read above, he did a great job. We've called him back for several other jobs.

Marc was very responsive providing quotes promptly, arriving when he said he would, working with us to find a day when we could be home with no front door, and doing quality work.

Everything went great. We are very pleased with his work. Marc is a very professional guy. He even gave us some names of clients and friends that are reputable attorneys which worked out great for us. We needed a good real estate attorney to represent us concerning our basement issues, and he was so generous to make some phone calls for us.

I had spent two days under the vanity in our bathroom trying to refit the plumbing on my DIY bathroom remodel. I finally used up all the four-letter words that I know and threw in the towel. I called Mark, based on his ratings here. He was able to come for an estimate later that week and had another big project delayed and so was able to fit me in the following week. He showed up right on time, and completed everything in one day. Mark had my new bathroom the drain and faucet working in less than an hour. He refitted all the little pieces of molding and toe-kick that I had torn out and repainted without scratching any of my new paint or wallpaper. He hung the mirror and pictures, fixed another toilet. Put up a bathroom cabinet and shower curtain rod in another bathroom and repaired some damaged drywall in the ceiling. There was no mess left behind when he left.

Marc always does a great job with an attitude toward helping you to match.

He is very reliable and efficient. He would go and get supplies. He was very conscientious on what he charged. He was someone I could trust having in my home.

We have problems with our screened porch door and latch for years. Various people have been hired and the results were always disappointing. Hoosier Handyman solved this issue with excellent craftsmanship. We need to do a few other projects and will certainly call him again.

He was always on time. He was very friendly and polite. He was concerned about doing the jobs and wanted me to be happy. He was careful not to make a mess. He put protection in the tub as to not make a mess.

Talked with Marc Devine on first call to company and set up time for him to take a look at the bathroom. We left work early to ensure that we were on time to meet Marc, but he didn't show nor has he returned phone call that I made to follow up with him.

We never received a call back or an estimate. I even called and left a followup message suggesting that I would "ding" them on Angie's List. Still no response.

Marc was very responsive with my request. He was prompt and did a great job. He gave me a fair estimate and stayed within the estimate. I was very pleased with his work and will call him again for more jobs.

Marc called to let us know when he was 10 minutes away. He did a great, professional job and was very personable. He also took away all the old fixtures and cleaned up after himself.

Marc DeVine did an EXCELLENT job! It was easier than he thought it might be so he charged less for the job than he originally estimated. He was on time, pleasant, good advice, good to talk to.
