Description of Work: For estimate he was on time and agreeable. Started work in Jan and didn't complete until end of June. His work was excellent but after half the work was done he just never showed up or answered my calls. Totally unreliable and very frustrating fellow. He repaired and/or replaced plus painted some of the rotted wood around two windows.

Description of Work: We are new to Indianapolis and got Marc Devine's name from Angie's List. He put up curtain rods, shower rods and towel racks, and did a great job and was very pleasant to have in the home. We are retired and not very handy and so happy to have found someone so good; we will definitely use him again and recommend him highly.
