He contacted me immediately but declined to bid on the project, saying he was swamped and not taking other jobs at this time.

Even though he is listed under gutter work he said doesn't do gutter work.

Brad and his assistant Brad were punctual, friendly and conscientious throughout the entire job. They were hard workers and worked in tandem to accomplish multiple tasks in an efficient manner. Not only did they provide quality workmanship but were attentive to additional questions and needs throughout the 4+ day job. They demonstrated good attention to detail whether laying a tile floor, grouting a mosaic backsplash, drywall finishing or hanging a light fixture. They cleaned up at the end of each day and hauled away all of the debris. Without hesitation I would highly recommend using Hoosier Handyman for small or large jobs and look forward to working with them again soon.

There are no real details....he came in did my multiple odd jobs, which I had been saving for him. Would I have him again? Yes. He is punctual, cleans up after his tasks, is cooperative.

Brad (and his assistant, Brad) were wonderful from start to finish. Their attention to detaail is excellent. High quality work throughout. They did a few things over when they didn't turn out to their own satisfaction. They didn't hesitate to do some things over that didn't turn out the way we wanted. The tile floors now look FANTASTIC! (covering old vheap vinyl). We had them use a textured sandstone wall paint. When two coats didn't turn out as nice as Brad wanted, he didn't hesitate to purchase another gallon and do a 3rd coat (knowing that we were sticklers on quality). He also painted the bathroom ceiling at no charge just so the entire bathroom would be new. Brad also didn't hesitate to tell us what he couldn't do, which I appreciate. When I talked to him about wiring a room for cable TV, he knew what needed to be one, but wasn't confident doing the job he knew we'd want. I appreciate the honesty. Brad was also clean, completely cleaning up at the end of each day of work (this was a 3-1/2 day job). And, some cleaning throughout the days, too. I won't hesitate to use Brad for our next round of handyman work, even home remodeling.

Previously reviewed Brad as he did some minor repairs to our previous home as demanded by purchaser; contacted him to make similar but more extensive repairs and improvements to our new home The list included: adding a handrail down the basement steps repairing a large [intentional] cutout in drywall between finished and unfinished sections of basement; adding pegboard and affixing outlet to wall behind work bench; running cable through wall (rather than hole in drywall) replacing broken small light fixture finishing and painting trim work in three closets adding flashing over a shed window creating a wooden cover for a sandbox fixing and painting brick on chimney, caulking spots on chimney, painting chimney cover [and other work] Brad demonstrated exceptional versatility - accomplishing all in a day and a half with one helper. I appreciate his willingness to spend some time with me discussing our new home's eccentricities and issues, and offering suggestions even if he might not be the right professional to accomplish. As to the repairs Brad did for us, all were of exceptional quality - wish we had taken some before and after photos, particularly as to the drywall. Brad had clever, inexpensive solutions to problems we thought would require much work and money. Brad willingly quoted all these many jobs in separate chunks as we weren't sure we could afford to complete all at once - but price ended up being so reasonable we got everything done quickly.

Couldn't be better! Did a great job and met or exceeded the work I would have done. Cleaned up with no mess after and was very friendly. Great experience!

Brad showed up as promised for the meeting to review the work and prepare a quote. He kept in mind the date we were required to complete the work and although he was busy he fit us in. Showed up on time the day scheduled, with a helper. Impressed that he took extra time to paint and dry the fascia board as rain was threatened (of course, it didn't). Repairs completed more promptly than I expected.

He built a brand new shower and put the tile in. I told him prior to paying him that I wasn't satisfied because the tile wasn't cut correctly and looks really bad. He promised me through an email that he would try to fix it. He's tried to fix it a couple times and has now given up. He said he can't satisfy my needs. He ended up giving me back only $200. I feel like I've given him lots of time and I have been patient but he won't fix it or give me more of my money back.

Based on the recommendations of friends, Brad is a very hard worker and is determined to please. Not only does he paint, he is also skilled at electrical work and other handyman chores.

We will definitely contact Brad in the future. He is very professional, responsive, and did a very good job for us. We just purchased our home and have MANY projects to complete. I appreciate that he could have easily tried to talk us into much more work than we asked him to do but he didn't. He kept it simple and to the point, did a great job cleaning up after himself and got it done quickly.

We were very impressed with Brad's dedication to his work. Others for whom he has done work have expressed how pleased they were. However, we went with a painter whose estimate was somewhat less, and in our present situation, that will take care of our needs. However, we plan to have him back for other jobs!

I'm very neutral about this company. The work was satisfactory. It took longer than he planned, but he stuck with the project.

He is an exceptional workman. He is a gentleman and will go above and beyond. If he can't finish something that day he will come back on the weekend to finish. He is here and he is ready to get his jobs done.

He really took care of the holes and gave me a very fair price. I will use him again in the future.
