We ended up doing the job ourselves, but they were very good. They were very professional, prompt, and their price was good.

They did a fabulous job. He drew up a design and sent me the price via email. I knew exactly what to expect and he delivered exactly as promised. It was something I can take out and move with me, so it does not have to stay with the house. The shocking part is it was so reasonably priced. He was there on time and I couldn?t be happier with everything he did. I found him out of the phone book, and I am so happy I did.

It turned out wonderfully. They were very willing to meet my personal needs on the layout of the closets. They were also very helpful in working with me to design the closets. They were extremely professional and great to work with. I was very happy and would use them again. I highly recommend them.

Everything was absolutely great. Skip himself is a delight to be around. He was very professional and very tidy. The price was very competitive, and he was just a pleasure to have in the house. I couldn?t be happier with his work.

They talked to me about what I was looking for and how I would be using it and they came up with a design. We tweaked it when they brought it in and once I was satisfied, they ordered the materials and installed the closet. I was a little shocked at the price but I think it was competitive.

It was wonderful. They were fast workers, prompt, and kept me informed. The price was okay.

I showed them my sons closet. It was an old closet. He gave me recommendations and prices for installing a new closet. He stated he had to remove the old shelves. After he completed the work there were holes where the old shelves had been removed. I asked why he had not filled the holes or finished the closet. He stated he did not do all the work. They also claim that the closet comes with a lifetime warranty, but the receipt is simply an email that he wrote the check number on. There has been no warranty information provided.

I was very satisfied with it and everything went really well. The woman of the team came out and listened to my needs, did a sketch of everything, we discussed it, and she put it on our computer. Once I approved it, she sent it to me on email. It took just a week and the husband came out to install it which took about half of a day. He was very professional, neat, and clean. He had to make a couple of changes but I ended up with more than I thought I was going to get. Both of them came out that evening to make sure that everything went well and that I was satisfied. On this thing, there is a lifetime warrantee. I was comparing them to other places and they are expensive but no more than other places. The shelves are very sturdy wood, not the wire things. The shelves look very nice and they customized it to how I want it.

They worked on my schedule well. They came out and took some measurements and drew up a 3D diagram on their computer and showed it to us. It was good as I could see what design they were thinking about. I had a good experience with them.

Skip was very helpful in helping us redesign two closets so that they would work best for us. He completed the installation of both closets in one day and the result was far better than we expected. The quality of the materials and Skip's craftsmanship has made made a significant improvement to the room. It is a much more pleasant space and much better organized.

Work was quickly completed and we are extremely satisfied with our "new" closets.

Skip came to the house and provided information for a custom closet system that would utilize the space more efficiently. I loved being able to view the set-up on his laptop! He emailed me the design with the estimate. When scheduling the work, I was very impressed with his ability to work around my schedule. Skip and crew were very professional and they did an exceptional job. My husband and I are thoroughly enjoying the added space in our closet!

Skip returned my call within a half hour of leaving the message. He came out and made suggestions on the best way to take advantage of all the space, giving us additional hanging area than we had before. We weren't going to have time to take down the existing racks and repair the drywall, so Skip came in a few days before the install and patched & painted. When we left town the closet was a disaster and when we returned it was very neat and clean with plenty of room for everything. He did exactly what he had outlined in our initial meeting for exactly the price he quoted.

Joni came twice to help plan which organization systems would be in place for each closets. She assessed my needs for both present and future. Joni gave a lot of great advice which we used and we are very satisfied. Joni's husband Skip does all the installation. He came one time prior to the actual installation. He was very attentive and thorough and made sure we got what we needed. Because we had so much work done, we divided it into two day long sessions. This was necessary due to the mess created of getting our old stuff out of the closet for them to do the work. We are very satisfied and would definitely hire them again, and we will definitely call them if any adjustments needed to be made with the closets. They did an outstanding job.
