From start to finish Skip & Jonie Spetter atre real professionals. We had a small very irregulaf office, ( different ceiling heights sloping in two difrection) at The Museum Of Miniatures that needed to be completely redone. They desigtned it to fit our requirements. Worked their butts off installing on Saturday in order for us to make our reopenning schedule. We have had many compliments on the office by our docents. It went OK until the measurements were wrong and one of the doors wouldn't fit. It is now an open shelf which is OK except all the other cabinets have doors. I asked to have the shelves deep enough to hold all my plastic storage tubs lined up...the ENTIRE reason I called them and that they are NOT deep enough to store them as I had requested. VERY DISAPPOINTED. While it did help "clean up" our garage it didn't turn out as we had hoped. They were very nice to work with overall.

I had a great experience working with Skip and Jonie. Through the whole process, from estimate to installation, they were professional, courteous, on-time, and just all-around nice people. I felt their estimate was extremely reasonable, and the finished product is exactly what they promised and exactly what I wanted. I would use Hoosier Closets again and will recommend them to friends without hesitation.

Everything went fine with the quote. Jonie was prompt and courteous and delivered a good quote on what appeared to be a quality product. We decided to go with another company who offered a similar product at a slightly lower price. I'm confident that had we gone with Hoosier Closets, we'd have been very satisfied with their work.

Skip and helper were professional and fast. They started the install in the morning and finished by noon. They cleaned up and took the old system with them.

My experience with Hoosier Closets was excellent from start to finish. There hasn't been a single problem or concern. Skip, one of the owners, took measurements and made sure that he understood what I wanted. We made an appointment for the installation. They ordered the supplies which took about a week to receive. Skip kept in contact to make sure everything was okay. On the day of the appointment Justin, the installer arrived on time. During the installation, he discovered a couple of shelves had dings, so he took it upon himself to return the damaged shelves to their shop and brought back perfect pieces. Justin was very pleasant, personable and very efficient. The closets were exactly what I want and they look great. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone to install closet organizers, shelving, etc.

We originally called another company and never heard back, so we called Hoosier Closets and they returned our call immediately. They came out to see what our needs were, designed the system on the spot and scheduled the install. Before they arrived on install day, I got a phone call letting me know they were on their way. They worked all day and did a very nice job. They cleaned up after they left and the work looks great.

I had an excellent experience with Hoosier closets. Skip and Jonie were so easy to work with. They were prompt, professional and very nice. I am thrilled with the results. The quality of the materials seem to be excellent. I love my new closet!

The team was really great. They exceeded my expectations from the estimate to installation. I quoted several different companies and Hoosier Closet was the best value in their design and installation of my job. Skip and Justin were highly professional on installation and made sure the job was cleaned up and I was completely satisfied before leaving.

Hoosier Closets remodeled a pantry, a bedroom closet, and a mudroom closet for us. They were extremely responsive in getting out to us to quote the job and provide a design. Pricing was very fair, and installation was extremely efficient. They did a great job from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Overall, this was a great experience. Jonie was extremely responsive and did not delay in meeting with us, getting us a design and quote when promised, and scheduling installation. We felt like she really listened to what we wanted and asked good questions. After we got the initial design, I asked her many questions, asked for modifications, and requested quotes for several variations, and Jonie seemed happy to do all of it. Her level of customer service went above and beyond what I had hoped for. While waiting for our installation, an unforeseen event came up, and Jonie called me immediately to try to re-schedule our original date. They fit us in even sooner than we had planned, which made us extremely happy. Skip called me the morning of the install to let me know he would be a little later than planned (not a big deal, and I greatly appreciated the consideration of the call). He and an employee arrived and worked quickly and carefully to install our pantry. They ran into some issues with one of our walls not being straight, but they used some ingenuity and made it work. They cleaned up after themselves and were finished in about 5 hours. The pantry looks beautiful. The design is just what we wanted and needed. The materials are very high quality. Skip and his employee were very pleasant and professional. We are so excited about our pantry, we want to have all our closets re-done by Hoosier Closets! I will note that Hoosier Closets does not perform any of the demolition of the existing closet system. We demo'ed our old pantry, patched the walls, painted, and prepped the pantry ourselves. Also, Hoosier Closets installed a countertop for appliances in our pantry, and we had to have the electrical work for the outlets done by someone else. This was not a problem for us, but I wanted to note it for anyone who is considering a closet project.

Skip was fantastic to work with. Came out for an estimate as scheduled, and produced it on the spot. Called me the next day to tel me there had been a mistake, and the price was LOWER than quote. Gotta love that. When installation day came, Skip and company arrived on time, took out the old, put in the new without a hitch. They ever patched the holes from the old setup and touched them up with paint I provided. Top-notch from start to finish. You can't go wrong with Hoosier Closets.

They are a husband/wife team and gave us a quote quickly and efficiently. I'll barely need room in the baby's dresser now b/c the closet is so functional. They used good quality materials and installed the units exactly as described. And they couldn't be nicer people to boot. We will definitely call them for future needs.

It went very well. Skip called me within a day to set up a visit (he came out two days after we talked). He came up with a great design for what we needed and installed within a couple weeks of our initial meeting. We were very pleased and have a couple other projects in the works that we look forward to using them again.

WOW! What a life changer! Hoosier Closets installed a new master closet system and a system in our laundry room. They were wonderful from start to finish and had the best prices out of the three companies I checked with on Angie's List. Jonie and Skip know what they are doing and will help with the design and any questions you may have regarding changes. I can't believe I waiting this long to have this done- it's a life changer. The laundry room alone saves me time and headaches with trying to manage my space and the master is such a treat and makes it so easy to keep my things in order. Skip and Joni were wonderful to work with and very professional. Skip did a wonderful job designing our closet layout. The installation was a smooth process.

We moved into our new house this past April. We knew we wanted ot get some shelves/storage in the garage so we could fit both cars in at the same time. as the weather got colder, it was becoming more urgent. And after one of the wire shelves in the master closet came down, we realized we wanted to replace all those as well. so I looked on Angies List for some ideas. After seeing the great reviews on Angies List, I sent an email request to Hoosier Closets through their web site. I heard back from Skip, tho owner right away but it took a couple of days and several phone calls from them before we could connect. I really appreciated their gentle persistance. Skip came to our home and was very prompt, professional and very personable. We discussed what we were interested in, he took measurements and then showed us what it would look like on the computer. We really like what we saw, felt the price was reasonable, especially with the 10% off coupon for being on Angie's List. take out the wire shelves in the laundry area and put in some cupboards. We even decided to go ahead and set up a mutually acceptable date for install which would be over 2 days. We gave 1/2 down deposit so he could order the supplies. On the 1st day of installation, he arrived as planned along with his wife, Joanie, who is really nice as well. They got right to work taking down the original wire shelves and putting in the new system. He had the master closet and the laundry room done the 1st day as planned. It is beautiful and just what we needed and wanted. 2 days later, as planned, they came back and did the work in the garage. All 3 areas came out so great! Skip even adjusted the belt rack in the closet when he saw it was too low for my husband's belts. We would highly recommend Hoosier Closets if you need new closets or storage in the garage.

In the course of a gut-remodel of our master bath, we decided to make over our walk-in closet. We checked out California Closets and thought they were pretty pricey. Also checked out do-it-yourself systems at Lowe's and Menard's. Our contractor doing the remodel mentioned Hoosier Closets and recommended them because they'd done a closet for he and his family. We called them, scheduled a meeting at our home. Skip came to our home and first off checked out our closet, measurements and so forth. We then sat down with his computer program, and designed the closet. His first question was what sort of storage we needed...more drawers, more hanging space, also asked about hanging space for ties and scarves, how much space I needed for dresses. He clearly understands a woman's closet needs. He came up with a design that met our needs. We picked finish, the hardware, etc., and he gave us a price. We found it reasonable, so we picked a tentative date, which ended up being the actual date. Skip and his wife were on time, terrific to work with, and the finished product is exactly what I wanted. There is plenty of room for our hanging clothes, and I still have a couple of empty shelves. Skip also managed to work a mirror into the design. It attaches to an end unit and swivels out around. So cool. My husband and I can recommend Hoosier Closets without hesitation. They do a great job.

Skip and his family were a joy to work with. His estimate was exact, he designed our system with us on his computer in our home, and we knew exactly what we were getting and what it looked like when we ordered. Hoosier Closets showed up on time, and made quick and neat work out of our closet. The finished product was exactly what we ordered, and we couldn't be happier with it. We wanted organization in a new closet as part of a house addition. Got 3 bids and liked what they presented the best. They came in and did the job in a couple of hours. Where we told them to place the hangar bars proved too low and when we contacted them to make sure we knew how to move them properly, they offered to revisit and assist if we ran into difficulty (not needed - it turned out to be easy). Very pleased with the result.

The product they sell is very good quality with lots of options. Skip was a pleasure to work with. I felt he took great care in determining the best configurations for our needs. Their pricing was very fair. This is a small company. Skip and his wife Jonie take care of everything from sales to installation. They couldn't be nicer and I liked dealing with a "Mom and Pop" operation because the customer service is ALWAYS better. After we started using the closets we realized we needed to make a few changes and they were very accomodating. They even sent us a thank you card with a box of delicious cookies. Great people and a great product at fair prices. Look no further!

The installation was quick and easy and the closet looks quite nice and they were friendly and extremely pleasant, but, unlike what the owner said, my husband lost a great deal of closet space. I asked if space would be lost before the closet was renovated and the owner said there would be the same if not more space available. We had to find room for numerous pants and shirts that had originally been hanging in the closet. While the new system works nicely I am disappointed that so much space was lost.
