although I did not have direct contact with the service provider because i used the snap fix app he was very quick to go out and look at the job and get back to me. the quote was too high for me to justify purchasing a house at the listing price + the amount to fix the erosion problem so i did not move forward with the job. I appreciate how quickly he respond though!

So far so good; still need to purchase fountain in spring 2014.

Due to the badly eroded banks of our neighborhood retention pond, the HOA solicited bids for companies to install rip wrap along the banks. Cost was very high. I learned of this natural alternative to rip wrap and met with Ben Reinhart of HAM. He provided before and after photos of other similar projects. The directly-affected neighbors' thoughts were solicited and the Board approved going forward with the natural alternative. After coir "Living Log" was seeded and then finally sprouting, the guys came out 9/9/10 & 9/10/10 to regrade bank and install the materials. Ben said that an overseeding would be done this fall. Due to the lack of rainfall, we may end up having it reseeded in the spring.

I thought they did a nice job of making the presentation, but I just went another direction - I felt more comfortable with another source. The owner of the company actually came out, and he was pretty knowledgeable. They were reputable and the price was fine. Their responsiveness was a problem because there was no followup. I could use them again in the future but it would all depend on them - I know they know what they are talking about.

They were an excellent company to work with, as a member of the bidding committee, I would highly recommend them.

Overall, the service went well. Price was reasonable and they were attentive to our needs.

They did excellent work and were very honest. The fountain just needed to be adjusted. They just charged me for one hour labor. They were on time, had proper identification and were neatly dressed. They were just terrific and very reasonable.
