+ -1 morePUT PHOTOS & INFORMATION ABOUT MY HOUSE ON THEIR WEB SITE. RECEIVED OVER 400 HITS. ALSO PROVIDED "FOR SALE" SIGN FOR MY YARD. THEY OFFER SEVERAL DIFFERENT "PACKAGES" WITH VARIOUS LEVELS OF SERVICES, SOME OF WHICH INCLUDE DOING THE PAPERWORK FOR THE ACTUAL SALE. THE PACKAGE I CHOSE DID NOT INCLUDE THIS SERVICE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE AMOUNT OF EXPOSURE THE HOUSE RECEIVED.
Description of Work: ASSISTED IN MARKETING OF "FOR SALE BY OWNER" SELLING OF OUR HOME.

+ -1 moreITS SOMETIMES HARD TO CONTACT SOMEONE THERE, BUT THEY HAVE BEEN QUICK AS THEY CAN TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. THE FIRST PERSON THROUGH OUR HOUSE IS BUYING IT. SINCE WE LISTED IT WITH HOME YEAH.COM WE HAVE HAD OVER 200 VISITS ON OUR WEBSITE.
