 + -1 morePRICES ARE LOWEST EXCEPT FOR SOME ITEMS FROM ANOTHER STORE. GOOD SELECTION ON MOST ITEMS. NOT AS MANY LOCATIONS AS OTHER CHAINS. INITIALLY THE STAFF WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY BUT IT APPEARS STRIDES HAVE BEEN MADE TO GET THE HOME DEPOT REPUTATION FOR FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE.

 + -1 moreTERRIBLE. THE MANAGEMENT PROMISED TO CALL BACK AND NEVER DID. THE FIRST SHIPMENT OF FLOORING CAME IN DAMAGED, BUT I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK. WHEN THE INSTALLERS CAME OUT THEY COULD ONLY INSTALL 1/2 THE FLOORING. THE NEXT SHIPMENT DID NOT COME IN FOR 5 WEEKS. THE INSTALLERS WERE SEVERAL HOURS LATE, WITHOUT A CALL IN TO US AND THEN THEY WERE AT OUR HOUSE UNTIL 1:00 AM. THERE WERE SEVERAL SPOTS THAT NEEDED FIXING AND WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US FOR THE BROKEN FLOORING, BUT WE REFUSED. THE RIGHT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE LEFT HAND IS DOING.
Description of Work: WE HAD A LAMINATE FLOOR PUT DOWN IN THE KITCHEN AND DINING AREA.

 + -1 moreWE HAD TO GO TO A CASHIER TWICE TO GET HELP, THEN THE RUG AREA, THEN WE WENT TO THE CASH REGISTER TO PAY FOR THE APPLIANCES AND IT TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES FOR THEM TO GET A MANAGER. HE WAS UNCOOPERATIVE, SMELLY AND WE TOOK OUR CHECK BACK AND LEFT. THEN THEY TRIED TO DELIVER OUR APPLIANCES TO US! THE APPLIANCE PERSON WAS GOOD, BUT THE MANAGER WAS NOT.
Description of Work: IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP US GET APPLIANCES.

 + -1 moreBRONSON AND HIS CREW WERE PROMPT, POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. THERE WERE A FEW UNFORESEEN ISSUES HAVING TO DO WITH A CRACK IN THE UNDER FLOORING AND PRODUCT STOCK WHICH DID NOT FIT TOGETHER WELL. THE INSTALLER FILLED THE CRACK, RETURNED THAT STOCK, PICKED UP NEW STOCK AND COMPLETED THE JOB. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO COME BACK FOR A TOUCHUP, THE INSTALLERS CREW RETURNED PROMPTLY, WORKED QUIETLY and QUICKLY, AND COMPLETED OUR REQUEST.
