Tonya is excellent. She takes a lot of pride in her work and gave me cleaning tips.

It went not very well, they could not really the job with their methods so they made a partial refund to us. I liked the fact that they agreed to make a refund but I was unhappy I didn?t get the job done though. I would suggest that they explain exactly what their work needs are specifically what kind of surfaces they have and that type of thing. I think they are geared more to industrial projects than home projects, that is my initial impression. The pricing was okay. For quality, they could not do the work.

It's been over a month since I purchased the deal and I've not heard back yet for scheduling, despite having called and left my information. They've been pleasant to talk to, but they have yet to follow.

Update 4/4/2016 Whatever they put on my floors have gotten gummy and cloudy. I?ve had them back out at least 4 times but they still can?t fix my floors. One of the owners was supposed to get back with me for a repair but never did. I?m going to have to use another company to fix my floors.

Used the monthly service for over a year. The price was right but we had to constantly (as in, every visit or every other visit) call to have them return and reclean sections that should have been cleaned properly before. Often did not stick to their own timeframes and once I witnessed one of the cleaners having a fairly vicious argument by phone with her supervisor. Asking any questions via phone or e-mail was slow to respond and we've never gotten any apologies. We switched when we got tired of the recleanings and hassle of it all. After we cancelled, they offered to mail us our key back and I should have picked it up in person. They sent it in a regular, non-padded envelope, by itself and it was ripped out by the postal service sorting devices and lost. That's only somewhat their problem (the postal service owns some of the blame) but it captures our experience throughout.

This experience was a little odd. I asked for a consultation/estimate as we were interested in buying 2 separate Big Deals. An owner, Dean, came to our home and said the grout cleaning/sealing deal would do what we were hoping. The tile was installed 18 months ago and had never been cleaned. He said the deal would get it back to new (white) condition. He said the other deal we were interested in (hardwood refinishing) would not work well for the area of concern. We also talked about cleaning carpet that had been soiled with pet urine. He explained the process as identifying the areas with a black light, completely saturating the carpet, doing a complete extraction of the liquid using the same equipment used for basement flooding, and then spraying a chemical that breaks up urine and leaves a white residue the next day. He said this would be $25 a spot and we could receive a full quote when the cleaner arrived. I ended up purchasing the Big Deal for grout cleaning/sealing. There was a schedule mix-up so they pushed our appointment back 1 day. When the cleaner got to our house and saw the tile, he said, "so, why are you doing this?" He said the method of cleaning they use will make it look "no different." He said he talked to Dean on the way over, and Dean said, "you won't believe it when you see the grout, it looks brand new." At this point, I wasn't sure what to do and was confused why Dean didn't say that when at our house. I said that I would call AL for a refund. He then went in the room with pet urine and said it was $125 to treat each area ($100 more than Dean said). He said I could use the AL Big Deal towards the pet urine since the grout cleaning/sealing wouldn't be worth our while. He treated the areas that had been soiled, but it was not the same as what Dean had described. He sprayed a chemical and that was that. There was no black light or cleaning or extraction, just spraying the chemical. The next day, there was a white residue that we vacuumed. However, you can still smell urine if you run your hand over the carpet. I'm not sure if this is due to the missing steps of the cleaning process or due to our carpet and the amount of times it was soiled when our pet was sick.

HCCoA did a fantastic job. The team (Shannon, Keeya, and Stacy) came in and did a thorough cleaning of my home. So good in fact I have now engaged HCCoA to come clean my house every two weeks. I had relatives that announced they were coming into town with very little notice for us. .. less than 3 days. We had no time to do the needed cleaning for our relatives. So we looked on Angie's List for rated cleaning crews. HCCoA was the first to answer my call and was able to fit us in in the very short amount of time. WE were amazed at the great job that was on. Many thanks to HCCoA and their crew for the brilliant job!

They company came to my house after I purchased the Big Deal to see what needed to be done. I told the Service Provider that I was needing the tile cleaned and grout sealed in my bathroom for my tub. At that point, the service provider stated the deal was for flooring and not for tubs/bathrooms. They did say they could do the work I was needing, but I could not use this deal. I submitted a refund request for the Big Deal purchase but I did hired them to clean your carpets and to caulk all of my tubs and showers.

It worked out very well. He did a very thorough and conscientious job. The pricing was reasonable and I didn’t have any problems scheduling as he worked with me.

It turned out well. I liked them and would probably use them again. They came on one of the days that I picked. There was no additional charge. He was very helpful. He suggested means to get the job done so that he wouldn’t have to charge me more. He was good and I liked him. We didn’t move all the furniture, just moved some of them. He did get a stain out that I never thought would come out. I got the job done on the deal. When I asked him how much it would cost if I called him back and he said that it would be about $100 minimum for the space that I have. I thought that they were reasonable. They were cheaper than the people that I used before. I don’t know what he could have done better.

Very good and thorough job. Left my classroom sparkling clean.

The service went very well. I paid an additional fee to have them out for a little longer. I decided to continue a bi-weekly housecleaning service. They did what I had asked and made sure to ask me if there was anything particular I was looking for or needed. They have been very accommodating. Three cleaners come out and do a very thorough job. They are also efficient and scheduling has not been an issue. They call the day before coming out to give me a time frame and show up when they say they will.

I was out of town but had a friend was there for the services. Was very polite and professional. Was amazed how quick the cleaning went. She said he was in and out within a 40 minute period. I came home the next day and they carpets that are at least 9 years old and an off white, looked phenomenal! I moved into this home August last summer and the carpets look better now than when I moved in. There are some spots that have come up since,(major walk through, and some stains) but I guess that is to be expected. But overall very pleased.

.We bought the Angie's lidt deal for a 100 sq ft floor resurfacing. Initially we did have some difficulty both deciding and agreeing on a price for a floor resurfacing project greater than the 100 sq ft deal. However, after I expressed my dissatisfaction with home cleaners pricing, Dean, a manager, was extremely helpful. He agreed to either complete the 100 sq ft project as promised or privide me with a refund. I opted to utilize the deal and feel I got a quality resurface for the price I paid. The finish needed to blend with the rest of my flooring since I was only resurfacing the most worn section of my floor. Dean recommended a matte finish which blended very well. Overall I am satisfied with home cleaning centers willingness to do what they promised and for the product, given the good Angie's list price. Dean, even offered to return and put down another coat of polyurethane to ensure the resurfacing was adequate. Kudos

I just got home after my home was cleaned and I am in awe. It smells and looks so good in here. I keep touching stuff and there is no dust on anything. I could never clean my own home this good. I had to come on here and share how great my crew is-- Logan, Tamicka, and Danielle. I'm going to call and request they come to my home everytime. They were so friendly. I could tell they worked real hat to make sure our house was as clean as possible. I am paying $135 no weekly to have my 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, small finished basement cleaned twice a month. Sometimes I will add on the guest room for $10. I didn't really want to pay $270 a month for house cleaning but be careful because if you try them out, you will be hooked. I will find a way to keep them in my budget!

Couldn't be more pleased. Jesse is going to return soon to restitch my carpet in one area, which was not a part of this deal. About 18 years ago we bought a n intelligent, headstrong pup who marked his territory constantly in front of our floor to ceiling living room window for years. We cleaned our carpet many times, but could not get rid of the stains in this spot. They're gone now!

It was very good. The house looked clean and we were satisfied with it. We would use them again. They were on time. They went about their work while I was there in the house; it was just fine.

They were excellent. They were very thorough and efficient. The technician explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way and gave estimates for future projects. I would highly recommend them.

The crew (Deanna, Danielle and Ashley) were wonderful - they arrived on time, were friendly (and nice to my cats) and did an amazing job. I really didn't expect such a clean house with just an hour of cleaning. It is beautiful - I've checked every room and it all looks great!

There were some problems with the first cleaning some months ago but the subsequent monthly cleanings have gone well. I am particularly impressed by the team leader.

The crew of michele , Brittany and the the third team member (changed twice), went well. We used their service for general house cleaning once a month for about 6months. They were professional and punctual. Would recommend them to anyone!

The crew of 3 ladies arrived on time, loaded with cleaning equipment and supplies. Went to work immediately and were done in 1 hour cleaning my kitchen. They cleaned from the walls from the ceiling down, Cabinets, counters, appliances. Great job.
