I have a 2600 sq foot home. 3 women worked in for 2 hrs. I got the first hour for $65. The second 50 minutes for $90. 3 women where here and were very professional. They vacummed our master bedroom and all the down stairs. Dusted all of the down stairs and the master bedroom. Cleaned the master bathroom and the 1/2 bath down stairs. Cleaned counters and swept and mopped the kitchen floor. I was disappointed ,though, because items , like knick knacks, aren't dusted. I understand now that just basic cleaning is the job. So, what I paid to have done, was good.

We have four cats, which can prove to be a challenge. These three arrived on time, and vacuumed, dusted, cleaned the bathrooms, mopped the bathrooms and kitchen, cleaned the sink and shower, emptied the trash, and vacuumed all the nooks and crannies of the couch, including the pillows, and removed practically all traces of cat hair. They are very polite, reasonably priced, and do a very thorough cleaning.

They had to come out twice. The first crew did not a good job. The second time around, they came around and did a good job. They had inconsistency with their crew.

Sara and her team clean our home on a monthly basis. They are always pleasant and most importantly, do a great job cleaning our home. the company is great about accommodating changes to our schedule that requires us to change our cleaning schedule. We spoke to a few cleaning companies before we settled with HCCA and have been happy with our decision so far.

The team of 3 greeted me after letting me k now they were on the way (as requested). After introductions and assessment of the job was covered in detail. Then they got to work conferring with me the entire time.

It went pretty well. It went fine. When I made the purchase, they came out quickly after. It costed more than the deal because it took a little longer. I was not wowed. The deal was really exceptional. I wasn't surprised that it too them a little longer.

There was a problem but the problem was solved. The gentleman that came over originally and cleaned did part of the carpet which was fine and then he sold me an additional service on a granite floor which was terrible for a lot of money like 400 bucks. I also had an area rug which was expensive and unusual and they said that they can clean it and I said, 'Are you sure?' and they said, 'Yes, no problem.' So they took it and they had it for about four weeks. It was terrible they brought it back to me wet but in the end they refunded my money on the floor and they discounted the charge on the area rug. So we had a satisfactory settlement for both parties. The original big deal was fine but all the additional things were bad but we solved it. Sometimes I felt like I wasn't talking to the right people or being able to get to the right people. The person that came out kind of misrepresented his position with the company. In the end when I got to the owners everything was good but people represent their companies outside of their companies.

It all went very well. There was an initial misunderstanding with the scheduling date but it was resolved to my satisfaction. Dean, who is a co-owner, arrived to do the work himself. I purchased the carpet cleaning with a "Big Deal" that allowed me to substitute one of the rooms for stairs which I was very pleased with because so many of them don't allow that substitution. Dean worked diligently and thoroughly with the carpets and I asked for an estimate to clean a love seat and chair. The price was fair and he could do it before he left; and, again he did a very thorough cleaning. I was also very pleased also that he was aware of a commitment I had that afternoon and he was able to get the work done timely and without any inconvenience to me. Not to mention, he was very good about not creating any cleanup for me.

We have become increasingly dissatisfied with their service. The cleaning is subpar and each visit is getting worse. I used them for far longer than I should have. The points that made me fire them are: They never put objects back where they were (ex. pictures on different shelves and shower stuff all placed on the ledge or floor. ) Outlet covers taken off and not put back (and we have a toddler) Leaving behind a cleaning product, opened, almost every time (and we have a toddler and dog...) They took out the trash and left it in front of our door today (trash can 10 steps away) The last straw today was when I came home my back door was wide open! (Not even sure why they would have gone out there.)

Terrible. I was cheated out of $ 400.

I originally started using Home Cleaning Centers in March 2014. Initially I was pleased with their service, however over the past year or so the quality or their work, and the management of the business has declined. The cleaning crew would show up hours later than I was told, or not at all. The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent, whole rooms were missed and I could tell the crew had rushed through the cleaning of my home leaving furniture pulled out and in disarray. Several times checks I left for payment were lost, and the day I decided to cancel their services because they once again showed up several hours late, they couldn't locate my key to return it to me.

It goes very well. Very prompt and fair. They work with you on scheduling.

I love the concept of the company, and the owners are likeable young men, however, not the best at using the employees to their full potential. I use the team of Sarah, Brooke, and Christine currently to clean my house. I have had the same team forever, 8-10 years probably, and only allow that one team to clean for me. That way, if something is amiss, I know who was there. I refuse to employ a team which does a half way job and then someone else has to come correct it! My team consists of three young single moms who are extremely hard working, honest, and proud of their work ethic, of which they should be. There is never an overlooked corner or a short cut taken with them. Many of the HCCA Clients request this same team. They are exceptional young women, always going the extra mile to ensure their customers satisfaction. I do feel the fees are reasonable for the job my team does. I do not feel that the company does a good job, when charging a once a month customer the same price as a weekly job. I also think the owners, managers should go out in the field more often to view the jobs before and after a cleaning.

I could not be more displeased. The result is getting worse and worse. The floors are worse than when they came. They were supposed to get back to me, they never did. They were supposed to come out in January or February. It went on for a long time. I will not be using them in the future.

The crew was prompt and very professional. They did a very thorough job of cleaning my parents' vacant home and getting it ready for sale.

It didn't go well with the painting maybe we had unrealistic expectation on it. We were hoping for a miracle. I think they did a workman-like job but it wasn't the miracle we were hoping for. The question is could anything had done what we really had hoped for. This is after 16 years on this floor. I guess I'd give them a B based on performance, scheduling, punctuality and all of those things. I would give them an A on those things. In terms of ultimate satisfaction on what we got I'll give them a B. I'm thinking about asking for them to do something that perhaps is impossible for $149. I'll try somebody new.

It was pretty good. It was not what I was expecting, I thought they were going to refinish the floor but they didn't. When they left, I just wasn't happy with the quality. It lasted for like a couple of days. I just don't remember them being worthy of an A but they're okay.

HE ARRIVED ON TIME, COMPLETED HIS ASSIGMENT AND WAS DONE IN ABOUT AN HOUR. WE HAD THE HOUSE PROPERLY PREPARED FOR HIM. HE SHAMPOOED & SCOTCH GUARDED THE CARPET

We have used HCCA for the last 2 months two weeks per month. Deanna and her crew are professional and extremely efficient as well as punctual. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and would recommend the crew we have to anyone in need of home cleaning services.

Experience has been excellent. They are dependable and thorough. They are very responsive in any question I have. A great team. Tonya & Val are the best!

This current team of Sara, Brooke & Jenny is efficient, thorough and pleasant to work with. They work very well together, and our home smells and looks amazing each time they come. We have found them to be accommodating to our requests, and pay close attention to our preferences. We have a very social dog, and they are very friendly with him and he looks forward to their visits. We have fairly high standards in house-cleaning, and these gals do not disappoint. Our concerns with this service are related to those in the company that schedule the appointments. Almost without fail they call to change the time of the pre-scheduled appointment. We can never count on a time no matter when we book. We've asked for a locked in time, but have been told that is not possible. Frequently we receive calls the same day of our appointment and they need to move our time up or back for various reasons. We have busy schedules and need to plan our lives in advance. The last minute changes to our appointment times is very frustrating. We are still trying to work out a more permanent time slot, but have considered getting a new service if that can't be worked out. We are hanging in there for now, ONLY because we like the team of ladies we have and the work they do for us.

I contacted several home cleaning companies looking for a service to clean my home on a bi-weekly schedule. I was a little put off from my initial phone call to set-up a time to get a quote. Some of the other companies I called were very responsive and quick to give a quote, this one I had to schedule a week in advance and I almost cancelled just because it unnerved me. However, that is the only even slight negative I can provide. Once I got past that little unease, I was happy that I was patient. The quote was comprehensive, informative and I felt very fair. I was even able to quote the basement and keep it as an add-on if I want them to clean it in the future. I set-up the cleaning to begin the following week and was given the first appointment of the day. The crew was made up of three ladies. Deanna was the crew manager and she was extremely nice. All three ladies were friendly and professional. They worked diligently and I was blown away by the work. I am extremely satisfied with their work.

They were quick and did what they said they were going to do. They did what I expected and they fulfilled my expectation.

Easy to schedule. Reliable. Trustworthy. They do an excellent job. Easy to speak to owner. Highly recommended.

All rooms were well-cleaned efficiently.
