Went very well. Called them. They gave me an estimate over the phone based on square footage. The cleaners arrived on time and did a great job.

Overall things went okay. The first cleaning was great! A different team came for the second cleaning and were not near so good. I reported this to the company and they offered to come correct things, but I did not take them up on their offer. The first team returned for the next cleaning. I was told there would always be two or three people on the team; however one time I was home when the team arrived and there was only one person on the team for that day even though the note the person left had two people's name on it. This dishonesty concerned me. The company is very good at keeping the cleanings on a schedule and calls the day before they come as a reminder.

Moved out of a rental home, they cleaned top to bottom. Was done with one day turn around and excellent quality Will use again.

In the past we have tried other services, but have discontinued service due to poor performance. Not so with Home Cleaning Centers of America. Ken, the owner, responded quickly to our telephone inquiry and followed up with a visit to our home for an estimate. He walked through the entire home, asking specific questions regarding which areas were to be cleaned and with what method. We were fortunate to be able to schedule our cleaning for the very next day, which was most important as we were having a party the upcoming weekend. Ken's staff of three arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained their responsibilities. They, too, walked through the house to review our requests, and set out to clean our home. Each person had their individual cleaning responsibilities, but worked wonderfully as a team. Before indicating they were finished, the "Crew Supervisor" walked us through the house indicating what had been done, and asking if we were satisfied. This is the cleaning company you have been waiting for!! At first, we thought the original pricing was a bit high, but after having the crew here for 2.5 hours and the results, it was absolutely money well spent! Pricing for the first cleaning was higher, but Ken quoted us a weekly and monthly fee, which is very, very reasonable for the quality of work performed. We will be telling everyone about our experience with Home Cleaning Centers of America. Now, if they only did laundry...........

A cleaning team arrives within a pre-arranged time frame. With their own supplies and equipment, they clean each room utilizing a list of standard services. The team is efficient, professional, and get through our home quickly and with minimal interruption in our routine. The regular cleaning has kept our home "guest ready" until their next scheduled visit.

They worked with us to come up with a cleaning plan that fits our needs. The girls that come out are punctual and we also like that it's the same crew so they already know how we like to have things cleaned.

They do such a good job that I only need them once a month. They are reliable and they call to make arrangements if anything changes. They always call the day before letting me know that someone is coming. They tell me who is coming. They give an estimate based on the size of your home.

Nice job. I was very disappointed in another maid service I used last year (they broke several things in my house and didn't even tell me) and so was hesitant to hire another one. But this time I had a good experience. Only complaints are that they unplugged a mini fridge and didn't plug it back in, and put trash in my recycling bin. Very minor stuff. House was nice and clean, and more important, nothing broken or missing.

I continue to have the same crew clean on a weekly basis. I have appreciated both the owner's and the cleaning ladies responsiveness to my requests. I have 1 year old twins so the floors can get very dirty. The kitchen is always cleaned on the lady's hands and knees. I also like having the same people come each week so that I am able to feel comfortable with them in the house. I feel like the price is fair for the detail the put into the cleaning.

They have been consistent and reliable in cleaning our home. They do what they say they are going to do consistently. We specifically asked to have the same crew clean our house each week and this request was met unless our regular crew was on vacation or home sick. Their crews also request feedback to the main office after every cleaning which helps ensure little things do not get missed consistently. The cleaning crews were always very courteous and professional.

They forgot to empty trash cans, put rugs back, clean windowsills. Left floors partly dirty. They were always in a hurry. 100/ cleaning.

I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE WORK SO FAR. EACH TIME A LITTLE SOMETHING IS MISSED, BUT OVERALL THE HOUSE IS WELL VACUMMED, DUSTED AND MOPPED. THE WORKERS ALWAYS ARRIVE PROMPTLY, AND HCCA HAS BEEN GREAT ABOUT RESCHEDULING MY CLEANING DAYS WHEN I HAVE COMPANY COMING TO VISIT.

THE DAY OF THE CLEANING, SHE CHANGED THE PRICE AND CHARGED ME $300, AND DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH 2/3 OF THE HOUSE. THEY CAME LATE, TOOK AN HOUR FOR LUNCH, AND LEFT AT 2:00 PM, BECAUSE THEY HAD ANOTHER ENGAGEMENT. EVEN THE THIRD OF THE HOUSE THEY SAID THEY CLEANED WAS NOT CLEANED. THEY DID NOT DO ONE THING THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST OF IT'S KIND, IN MY OPINION. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY DID NOT TOUCH A ROOM AT ALL, BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T FIND THE LIGHT SWITCH. THIS WAS THE WORST MONEY I EVER SPENT. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO CLEAN WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE. THIS COMPANY'S ACTION AND SERVICE IS NOTHING OF WHAT THEY ADVERTISE.
