Description of Work: Cleaned and put down some finish on the floors. We ended up just paying $1400 and having them sanded down and refinished which is what we should have done in the first place.

Description of Work: 3 women thoroughly cleaned all floors, baseboards, and 3 bathrooms as requested. Great efficiency and demeanor.

Description of Work: I needed to have my tile grout cleaned and purchased their Deal to have that done. Once I was ready to schedule for them to come out, it took me making 3 phone calls to them, and over a week, before the necessary person called me back. Once at the home to perform the grout cleaning, he tried very hard to clean the grout, but with little noticeable results, I do have epoxy grout - which I told them about beforehand - and maybe it takes a different chemical or technique, I don't know. Bottom line - response time to set appointment, and cleaning results were sub-standard. Other parts of the experience with this company were fine.

Description of Work: I tried this cleaning group out earlier this summer along with another group. This group was my favorite and particularly the team with sara and brooke. I now have them come weekly for bathrooms, kitchens, main rooms, changing sheets, etc... and I change up the work based on the need. I trust them to let themselves in when I'm absent. I would recommend this team!
