Tonya and Shannon did a great job doin all the cleaning. They were efficient, professional, and pleasant as well. I will continue to use this service on a regular basis.

Kris from Home Cleaning Centers of America has been cleaning our home bi-weekly for many months now. She is professional, polite, thorough and she is trustworthy. Overall, we are very happy with the service, and we will continue to use this company for our house cleaning indefinitely.

When I came back there was an inspector there. I went up to look at the master bedroom shower. It still was not clean. I told him and he said they did not have anything to clean the shower. The next day I purchases Armor All Mold and Stain Removr and easily removed the mold and stains. They did not clean the area under the stove top and it is sticky to the touch as well as teh cabinet by the stove. The floor was not cleaned. The counter tops had spots. When the owner came to look at the job she had a fit. So I just paid for it myself rather than argue with her. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Hire this company and save yourself the trouble of dealing with anyone else. This being said here is the honest review. We first met with Ken last week and we walked through the home and I outlined was important. We agreed on a price. This will be a continuing service between his company and my home. Let's start with the good first, then the bad, and then move into the conclusion. Good: There was a nice walk through done on the home when the cleaning crew arrived to show what was important. I have a German Shepherd and overheard one of the girls mention she had to go over the steps 3 times, this is standard in my house, but she wasn't complaining and the stairs ended up great. The floors in the bathroom were hand washed and cleaned. We where only supposed to have 2 girls come but he sent an extra one for this job without charging. Windows and blinds where cleaned. The cleaning staff was very nice, and cheerful. I would even hear them laugh from time to time. The total service price with my Angles List coupon was $100.00. You can't really complain about that. The house has that clean smell to it. They left the blinds open and let in the sun, that was nice. They are people I would trust in my house when I was not home. Bad: There were 3 girls and the normal cost of what was done would have been $190.00 and this would have been extreme for the work that was completed. This was the first cleaning and it was supposed to be a thorough one. This was not communicated to the girls so the mantle and tables where not cleaned or organized. Ken and the cleaning crew where both 30 minutes late for their appointments; a call would have been nice. Duct vents where not cleaned as promised. Conclusion: I have worked with many different cleaning services and this is hands down the best. I think there are some administrative things that could be worked out as far as communication between the office and staff and telephone calls if they are going to be tardy but these are professional cleaners that do a very good job, do what they are asked without complaint, charge a reasonable rate, and are professional. I recommend this company and will continue to work with them in the future, as with any relationship, business or personal there is an adjustment period and I think this will be a great relationship. I want to mention that Ken also quoted a job price not a per hour price. They still charge by the hour but we have a set guide of what will be completed at a certain price. I advise this route.

Two women arrived around 1:15 pm (their appointment time was 1:00 pm). We introduced ourselves and I showed them around the house. I asked them to please vacuum the lampshades, but the lampshaded ended up just being dusted. I asked them if they changed bed linnens and they said "yes" and they proceeded to change mine. They did a rather sloppy job in changing the bed, then they tucked the bedspread under the top matress so they could vacuum under the bed. One women proceeded to clean both bathrooms and the kitchen while the other did all of the vacuuming and dusting. They took one 5-10 minute break. They finished in roughly 2 hours and when they informed me they were through, I walked through the house with them to inspect everything. Upon initial inspection, the bathrooms and kitchen looked good; however, I found after she left that the toaster oven in the kitchen had not been dusted, the kitchen floor still had some dark spots (stains and scratches) that she could have used a SOS pad on to remove, and soap scum was found around the bathroom faucet that she failed to remove. The other woman who did all of the vacuuming and dusting failed to return things to their original place after she dusted. I saw streaks on the coffee table in the living room and asked her what she used to dust with. She told me and said she would look at everything when she was finished to see if anything needed further wiping. The bedspread was still tucked up under the top matress. I asked her if she was going to leave it that way and her answer was that "some people want it that way". Both ladies untucked the bedspread, and in doing so, they also untucked the top sheet and blanket, but I didn't realize that until I went to bed. She also left overhead lights on in the bedrooms and did not reopen the blinds after she dusted them. I went around the house opening the blinds and putting back items on table tops, dressers and chests of drawers that she failed to replace where they were to begin with. She said "she has a bad habbit of not replacing items where they were". I asked her how much I owned them. I, unfortunately, opened my mouth and told them that I was given a rough estimate of $200 to $250 for their services, but they told me it was only going to cost me $160. Then one of the women mentioned a tip, so I gave them each a $15 tip making the total cost of the job $190. After they left, I touched one of the lampshades and found that it was loose (unscrewed as she turned the lampshade to dust it) so I tightened it up. I went through the whole house looking at the lampshades and all of them were loose. She did not tightened them back up when she finished dusting them. I marked that I would use this company again. I really hate judging people the first time, so I will give them another chance. Perhaps another group of women will come to clean in the future.

Very good, would definintely recommend to others. Price is comparable or better than other providers which have not been as thorough.

I have been using this company since October, 2008, and I would highly recommend their services. I have the same crew each time, and they know what really matters to me. They were here on the 7th which was the big snow day. I had called to ask to see if they were coming and was told they were. I was surprised given the weather....they were even on time. It's important to realize that it is not how much time they spend at your home...it's what they accomplish. They work hard, and I appreciate all of their efforts.

They did a decent job. I had to have them come back and do some work, but it was okay. They quoted $150. However, since they had to come back, I re-negotiated the price. So, I got the job done in $100. I probably wouldn?t use them again.

I chose this company because of the rating on Angie's List, and they do the cleaning of baseboards, blinds, and cabinets. I was very impressed with Ken who came out to the house to give a quote and he was very easy to get in touch with by phone. The part I was not impressed with was the cleaning. I had them come out twice before I cancelled the service. The first time I cam home, the kitchen floor still had dirt on it, the cabinets had not been touched, my daughter's room was not dusted nor was her bathroom cleaned. In addition, the sink and toilet in bathroom had not been cleaned, the wine rack wasn't dusted nor the corners in the kitchen or hallways. I called Ken, and he sent the ladies out the next day to clean again. The ladies were very personable and did an excellent job the second time. I thought everything would be fine the next time because they knew my expectations. It wasn't. Once again the cabinets had not been touched, many baseboards weren't even wiped, the table in which my daughter made the books askewed were still in the same position because no one dusted. Her room again had not been dusted along with the rest of the house. In fact not one knick knack had been dusted let alone picked up and dusted underneath. I called Ken and told him I am not comfortable continuing using his service when I have to make a phone call after each visit about why I am not happy.

They were supposed to come out last Friday at noon. They said the key didn't open the door. They said that they went around and tried a gate on the fence, and they said it was locked. There is no gate on the lock, they just have to press the thumb knob to open it. The key that we gave them was the same key my daughter always uses. They said they would come back later, so I went over there and unlocked the house for them. They then called and said they couldn't make it that day. So I had to go back over to the house, and lock it. UPDATE: They have taken steps to correct everything. They went out of the way to resolve the issue to my satisfaction, and I am happy with them. They have been cleaning my home for several weeks now, and I will continue to use them.

They were very good with their estimate. They were prompt for the appointment. They were professional while they were out to my home. They estimated that it would be one hundred and sixty dollars a month for a three floor home. I felt that it was a good estimate.

They do more than any other company does, for a cheaper price, and they do more every single time. I would continue to use them in the future.

They basically charged a dollar a minute. It took them less than two hours to complete their work. They didn't move anything in my home - just did a bare top to bottom approach. Overall their work was good. They were also extremely responsive - in fact an individual from the company called to follow up on the work a few days later.

My only problem was the timing. The orginal schedule called for them to be at my house between 10 and 12. I was called about 1pm and told that their first job was larger than expected and they would be by about 1:30 or 2. They did not appear until 3pm.

Good experience - the cleaning crew of 2 ladies arrived just about on time and walked me through the process they were going to use to clean the house and immediately went to work. House looked very good at the end of the process.

I have foudn this service to be very dependable and efficient.

Crew arrived and began working immediately. We have a dog that sheds tremendously and they are able to get all the hair cleaned up on the wood floors, carpets, and furniture. They are very thorough. I have them cleaning my home weekly.

I called on a Monday to receive an estimate and received a call back the same day. We were given a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. On Sunday, we received a call confirming the appointment time. We asked for an earlier time which was aggreed upon; however the service arrived an hour later than the set time. The ladies did a good job cleaning the house and were very thorough. It took 3 ladies 3-1/4 hours to complete the work

Three women came to my home and I went outside to mow the grass while they cleaned. I had to go into the house to call someone and found one of the ladies on the phone. She told me she was on the phone with her daughter. I phoned Ken Leffel and informed him I wanted to discontinue the services. I told him why and he told me she may have been calling them. I told him that she told me who she was on the phone with. He then told me he would send another crew out next time and tell them that they are not to touch my "things". This statement bewildered me. I want them to touch my things, but not use them. He never asked me which one was using the phone and this concerns me. Doesn't he want to know who to speak to.

Went very well. Called them. They gave me an estimate over the phone based on square footage. The cleaners arrived on time and did a great job.

Overall things went okay. The first cleaning was great! A different team came for the second cleaning and were not near so good. I reported this to the company and they offered to come correct things, but I did not take them up on their offer. The first team returned for the next cleaning. I was told there would always be two or three people on the team; however one time I was home when the team arrived and there was only one person on the team for that day even though the note the person left had two people's name on it. This dishonesty concerned me. The company is very good at keeping the cleanings on a schedule and calls the day before they come as a reminder.

Moved out of a rental home, they cleaned top to bottom. Was done with one day turn around and excellent quality Will use again.
