Good - have hired on a monthly basis

They do a great job - thinking of things you don't even realize need to be done (like the entire laundry room) and then you realize the house has never looked so good. The only thing that didn't get an A was the cost. It seemed a bit more than I expected for the condition of our home when they arrived. However, this is the second time we used them so I would definitely recommend. We got an appointment within a week.

This service is one of the best. They clean as I well as I do myself and I'm very particular.

I wasn't told how the process worked and the cleaners were not helpful when they arrived. They stared at me when I stood there asking how it worked and just said I could call the office to pay. I left them to do their work, but after 1.5 hours had received no update or call that they were finished. I called the office and was told that they completed the work in an hour as I was quoted, and I paid over the phone. I went back to my old apartment the next day to find that many aspects of the cleaning were done in a subpar way. While the inside of my fridge and oven were very well cleaned, the rest of the apartment was not. They had not lifted up each burner to clean under the crevices, the kitchen and bathroom sinks had been wiped but definitely not scrubbed as I could see grime on them that I was able to remove myself, there was dust/dirt on my kitchen floor, and there were still areas of the carpet that had pet hair on them. At this point I called the office explaining my frustrations since this was supposed to be a professional cleaning job. They said they could dispatch someone on Monday (3 days later) which I declined because I needed to turn in my keys. I requested a partial refund and was told the owner would give me a call about the situation. It has been three weeks, and I haven't heard from anyone at the company.

First few times were ok-to-good, but quality fell over time.

I hired Home Cleaning Centers of America with a coupon for a test run. They did such a thorough job I'm going to ask them to come by once a month (maybe more). Great crew, spotless cleaning and they even fixed a door blind that I couldn't get to work! A+

They did a GREAT job. The worked like busy beavers to get the job done, and our house never looked so clean! I will not hesitate to use them again!

Since it was the first time I met the ladies at the house and they were friendly and professional. In addition to the standard cleaning, they cleaned all baseboards, blinds, wiped down kitchen cabinets and changed sheets. In addition, they cleaned my laundry room like it had never been cleaned before. We did a final walk thru and she showed me what was done in just over 2 hrs that they were there. I am very happy with the results and will definitely use them again.

They do an excellent job, I was very satisfied. They're nice and pleasant people. You get three people that work for you, they come weekly, bi monthly, and monthly.

The Angie's List deals are not a good value. It always ends up being more than the stated price.

I hired this company a year ago and had monthly home cleaning done. Overall they did a decent job. Sometimes I would have to request the same crew as new members would often forget to clean a bathroom or dust some counter tops. However, I was appalled by their lack of professionalism and customer service. I had standing instructions that they should come on Tuesday afternoons. The day before I had clarified with the person who called me, that I finish work at 2:30 in downtown, it takes me 40 min to get to my house, so the crew should plan accordingly. On the day, I was driving at 2:40 when the same person called me. I told her I was on my way and I repeated that it takes me around 40 min to get there, based on traffic. I left halfway through my work to get there and when I arrived, there was no-one in sight. I called back and the lady said that the crew left as they had waited for 30 min. EVEN THOUGH I HAD MENTIONED THAT I WORK TILL 2:30 and IT TAKES ME 40 MIN to get to my house! The lady just argued with me that I did not make it on time..no apology...no willingness to work with the customer. I discontinued their services. Its simply not worth it to pay people to get disrespected in return.

They were quick to respond and quick to come out and give us a quote. They were very professional in their presentation and explanation of services. We thought the price was very fair for every thing the ladies were to do. Within two weeks we had "our girls" here deep cleaning and they did a fantastic job! They were very nice and friendly and calmed my fears of having strangers in to clean my home. These ladies are great!! They are fast but very thorough! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! 😄

We did have a Monday crew that was pretty good but then we switched to Fridays and the Friday crew was not as good. They were comparable. There were a couple of things that were missed in the last two cleaning cycles. If I reached out to the main office, I'm sure it would get fixed. The main office has been really responsive anytime I call if there's anything I need.

It went well. Staff was friendly and efficient.

I recently got rid of that service, but really not because of them, it was because my work schedule changed. The scheduling was a nightmare because of my schedule. I was paying them $140 and they only came out once a month. I have a four-bedroom house. They bring all their own supplies, which is nice. They were very easy to work with when I needed to reschedule. The quality depended on who did it, which girls came because the crew wasn't consistent.

It went very well. Ken arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. He walked through my apartment, told me about the services they offer and what he thought would be a good fit for my needs. It sounds like they are excellent at deep cleaning, but I was looking to have someone take on more of a housekeeper role (laundry, dishes, taking out the trash, etc) and they do not provide those services. When I do want to have my place deep cleaned, I will absolutely be contacting Ken. Highly recommend based on my experience with the company.

The crew did an excellent job, the house looks great! They did an especially good job on the kitchen and bathrooms.

Was very apprehensive about hiring a cleaning service again. However, Ken made an immediate appointment to come out and give an estimate. He could tell I was pressed for time and gave me a quote within 10 minutes, and that included a walk-thru. The team came and did a great job. I was thrilled with the team that came out. They did a great job and have pricing similar to just about every other cleaning company I've used. We are planning to have them come monthly and to clean more of the house the next time they are here.

I have had Sarah and her crew for over a year now. Sarah is professional, pleasant, and extremely hard-working. Her attention to detail is very good. My schedule is extremely busy, and I am often not at home when she is at my house. I trust Sarah and her crew to do a great job; it's fabulous to come home to a clean home. I've had housekeepers for many, many years, and Sarah is the best, hands down. I wouldn't trust my home and precious items to anyone else.

It went very well. The cleaners Deanna, Savannah and Kristin were very thorough and professional. I have many animals and they were able to handle and work around the animals without any problems. I am planning to use them on a regular basis.

I was very happy with the 3 ladies who did this work today. I gave them some brief instruction, told them my time frame, and left them to it. Because I needed this done a little sooner than I thought I'd be able to give them, a few minor things didn't get done, which they pointed out to me, and I have no doubt they will get to those next time. They tackled a few things I didn't even think about. The only "problem" was a missing level on the microwave to hold the rack, but that microwave is almost 30 years old -- it's amazing I didn't lose one earlier. I would have no problems recommending this team that worked with me today, which I know included Deanna, and 2 other ladies (I think Samantha and Stephanie, but my memory for names is bad). I've had another person do some work for me, but these ladies were more thorough. And I should say this house was in some bad shape, so there was a lot to be done. I'm enjoying the cleanliness right now, and able to relax a little. I hope we can keep on a regular monthly schedule, which I was not able to get my previous person to commit to.

I have a 2600 sq foot home. 3 women worked in for 2 hrs. I got the first hour for $65. The second 50 minutes for $90. 3 women where here and were very professional. They vacummed our master bedroom and all the down stairs. Dusted all of the down stairs and the master bedroom. Cleaned the master bathroom and the 1/2 bath down stairs. Cleaned counters and swept and mopped the kitchen floor. I was disappointed ,though, because items , like knick knacks, aren't dusted. I understand now that just basic cleaning is the job. So, what I paid to have done, was good.
