They did not call the day before to let me know what time they would be here, so I called them. The man, said they would be here at 2 pm, they got here at noon. I did not get a receipt, but on the check they told me to make it out for $165 to HHC of America. Not worth the money!

I signed up a contract with them. They have been coming to my house for about six months now. They are more expensive than others listed among Angie’s List. They do a great job on the cupboards, light fixtures, tub showers fixtures, all of the doors, sinks fixtures, paper holder, dusts the woodwork, clean the tile, any suspicious needs and on all hands and needs. They do the same kind of work in all of the other rooms. I must say that they did an initial clean up and since then they tend to fly to my house. They send a team of five people and fly to my house in about an hour. They get it done and they are out of here. This is my first experience with their service, so I don’t have anything to compare them to but I think that they are excellent in everything except for dusting. All I have to do is if I have any concerns I just have to simply brief them then that would be taken care of. So they have a big schedule, they pre-hurry and I think that the dusting sometimes gets a little bit of short tips but when it comes to cleaning floor and cleaning bathrooms they take their time every time. I would give them excellent rating for everything except for dusting. They are very responsive to my concerns as one time I had to change an appointment and they were very good about changing the date. They definitely high priced. I probably have to spend $30 less because most of them were offering $70 but when I looked at their list of what they promised in writing and I knew that my house will be clean once a month. They are sometimes late but it is once a while. I know that I pay more but I don’t have to go looking for anybody else as I know that if I ask for anything it would be done.

Owner returned call promptly and worked us in on short notice due to discharge date from hospital. Very fair price, espeically given the great coupon for first time users. I must admit this was one of the drivers of me considering them given cost constraints for my parents. Given short notice, the workers had to assess cleaning needs when they arrived and went promptly to work. They clearly had a process of getting the work done efficiently and effectively. No time was wasted and we felt no need to intervene for any unacceptable items. I was skeptical of the comment they cleaned floors/baseboards on hands/knees, but it was completely accurate. I was extremely impressed. I read some negative comments on Angies List about this company though chose this company given their overall ratings. With the numerous ratings already recorded, it seemed inevitable not everyone would be pleased. It seemed the owner assessed the complaint promptly and professionally. This subscriber would definitely hire them again and will consider them first if we continue with ongoing cleaning needs at my parents' home or my own.

We contacted several cleaning services and obtained quotes to clean our offices. This service provided the best quote. We were to begin with an initial deep cleaning in our newly occupied building at higher price ($155) compared to the regular weekly cleaning ($45) , but we're not sure the cleaning person got that memo. Indeed, some areas clearly had not been vacuumed. As a result, the initial cleaning was unsatisfactory. Ken responded quickly and appropriately, however, and the next week we received the deep cleaning with no charge for that week's visit. Thereafter, the cleaning has been solid.

When I returned home from work I found the house smelling amazing and looking spotless. They did a fantastic job.

The two women who came to clean were pleasant and hardworking. Though the home looked clean, everything needed going over. They cleaned all the baseboards and moldings, the appliances, every cupboard and drawer, under each sink and all the bookshelves. The women walked me through the house after they were done and asked if there was anything that I saw they had missed or that needed to be redone. Their work was done well and in a timely fashion. How wonderful it was to move in to a clean home. There is always enough to do with moving. Their expert work took a huge job off our hands. We liked them so much we asked them to come bi-monthly to clean. I have spoken several times with Ken at HCCA, he was very helpful and knowledgable. I feel I can trust him and the company.

They do a good job, and are pretty dependable.

I received an estimate 2 days before the initial cleaning. The owner came out to my house to take notes of how many rooms and went over specifics of how they clean and answered all my questions. He was professional and I appreciated all the information he gave me and the fact that he took notes of all the areas I really wanted extra special attention spent on cleaning. The maids were also very professional and very thorough. Please see my notes above. Overall, a very pleasing experience and definitely recommend them!

They did a great job and the girls were great.

Ken Leffel promptly came to the house when I called and provided an estimate. The way he described the services, you would think you could eat off the bathroom floor. I was disappointed. The bathroom stall shower was still dirty. Floor in the laundry room was dirty. I called afterwards to tell him I was unhappy and he offered to have someone come back out. I did take him up on the offer, but still didn't feel they did a good job.

Overall, the crew was efficient but there was a piece of memorabilia broken. I was home at the time and they immediately told me about it, but weren't sure how it was to be handled. It couldn't be replaced due to its age and it wasn't really an antique. When they wrote up my bill I asked them what would happen with the broken item. They called the boss who discounted the price by $30 which was very fair. The cleaning was not so exemplary that I would use them again though.

They worked very hard and they were very good. They cleaned a good portion of the house.

The workers were on time and did a complete house cleaning as agreed and did an excellent job.We'll be using them in the future.

We love Kris!!! I have used this company before when I was working full time. We took a little break for a while, only because I stopped worked, and we were trying to save some money. I recently decided to use the service again, but used someone that cleaned independently. The outcome was average at best. I decided to call to see if Kris was still available and so happy that she was. She greeted me with a smile and a hug. She has always been very kind and personable, and I trust her completely. She is also amazingly efficient and REALLY good at her job. She doesn't waste any time and always takes special care to do it right. She is also very open to suggestions and will handle any special details I need. Ken from HCOA has always been responsive and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. We are happy to have them back!!!

They did an outstanding job. I spent $200 on that work. They did a great job communicating. They did everything they said they were going to do and they did great follow up too. My interaction with them over the phone was good.

They can only be as good as you have your items picked up so during Christmas I didn't have them clean everything due to some additonal items that would have been in their way. They are thorough and did a nice job vacuuming my curtains, blinds. Everything smelled wonderful when I got home.

It went well, I suppose--it was my first time hiring a cleaning company, so I don't have anything to compare it to really. I wasn't expecting the price tag of $115; I was expecting $90, but failed to remember that the first clean is an hourly clean and each clean after that would be $90...I don't really understand that, but oh well. Things were clean, but also moved all over the place--I had to come home and put all of my things back in their places. It was alright, but I'd like to find a less expensive option for the future.

The ladies arrived on time. The both were very friendly and social. The started cleaning immediately and had all of the supplies they needed from the job. The cleaned inside and outside all areas, vacuumed, scrubbed, wiped down, and whipped out everything. I was very happy with their overall job and their friendly persona. They truly did not mind being their and doing their job.

The service was great! 3 women came and cleaned for about 4 hours or so. They cleaned up every speck of dust and every cat hair! We was very impressed by their attention to detail.

I met with Ken while the ladies cleaned. They did not need constant supervision. He showed me a detailed brochure of what they would be doing and we discussed how much needed to be done each time. They are willing to work within my schedule. They are a little more expensive than another service I have used but they do a better job.

They came out to my house before and were right one time so there must have been a communication error between their boss and them because they showed up two hours late. They were efficient, fast, and organized in the service they provided. Tonya and Shannon were very friendly and we chatted the whole time. I would have them come out again.

I contacted HCCA via email through Angie's List on Monday, 9/27. I received a call back from Ken, who visited me for the initial estimate on Friday, October 1. Ken was extremely thorough in his description of the work to be performed, and answered all my questions. When I mentioned that I was ready to move forward right away, he asked if it was okay to schedule the initial cleaning on the following Monday. WOW! Today, as scheduled and totally on time, Tonya and Shannon came to my home to do the initial cleaning. They were incredibly personable, began work immediately, and worked HARD the entire time they were in my home. After completing the job, Tonya walked through my home with me to point out what was done and to make sure I was happy with the work performed. I am absolutely thrilled with the job they did and the timeframe in which it took them. They accomplished in three hours what would have taken me days to do. What a relief to have it done and to know that it was done right! I have scheduled them for regular maintenance cleaning every three weeks, and suffice to say in my opinion it's money well spent. I highly recommend HCCA for your housecleaning needs. Thanks Ken, Shannon, and Tonya for the work you've done and for turning a chore into a joy!

I found HCCA on Angie's List. Met with Ken 2 weeks ago, did a walk through at which time we set forth what was to be done at each cleaning. He was very thorough in his explanation of services provided and was very attentive to what I needed and expected. We then agreed on a price for HCCA to clean every 2 weeks. Today was my initial cleaning. In our meeting Ken indicated that there would be a crew of 2 today - he sent 3!!! They arrived exactly at the scheduled time and within 5 minutes of entering our home was at work in the master suite. At all times the crew was professional and pleasant. Their appearance was clean cut. They were very meticulous in their work. Only a couple of things did I notice that I asked them to touch up - a streak on one of the large mirrors and tucking in the top sheet at the foot of the bed - that was it! They were there for about 4-1/2 hours! The house sparkled when they left and smelled fresh and clean! A supervisor showed up, unannounced, about 30 minutes before the crew left. He was respectful of our home by removing his shoes when he came in. The next 15-20 minutes he spent going through our home inspecting the crew's work. He did the "white glove inspection" on the top of wall hangings, our blinds, cabinet doors, our 6-panel doors, kitchen appliances, etc. He also asked me if there was anything I saw that needed to be re-done. I was very impressed by this extra step to ensure quality from their crew. I've never had this happen before - it really reinforced to me that they are serious about the quality of the service they provide. I have already referred someone to HCCA and they had their home cleaned yesterday (and was very pleased). Today I referred 2 of my neighbors to them! After walking through our freshly cleaned home, my neighbors were "sold" and assured me they'd be calling Ken tomorrow! Thank you Ken for providing such a quality crew and service! To today's cleaning crew - thank you for all your hard work!!!!! My husband and I truly appreciate all you did.
