+ -1 moreII call them for a price and to see if they thought it could be cleaned. The very next day came out gave me a good price for seven rooms and told me they could get them clean. We set a time and date, they showed up and did a great job. Owner came out, before I paid to make sure was pleased and processed the payment.
Description of Work: They cleaned seven rooms of carpet. Because of the last renters I thought the carpet would need to be replaced, but when this company finished the carpets looked new. They saved me a lot of money.

So far, I have been pretty pleased with the work done to my home. They're very professional and are always available to answer questions or address concerns. I know if I were to have any concerns, they would do their best to find a solution.

+ -1 moreArrived on time, began work promptly, and very professional.. My carpets have NEVER been cleaned for 10 years, and it is amazing how the carpets look now. It made the sculptured look of the berber carpet much more defined. I highly recommend this company and will definitely contact them again for my carpet cleaning.

+ 1 moreArrival was a little late (20 mins) but not a problem. Had trouble finding address due to GPS. Both women were professional, uniformed, pleasant, and began work immediately. I had to leave home for some errands, and did not hesitate in them being trustworthy. Job took about 4 hours,but was well worth it. After the job was completed, the supervisor had me walk through and make sure things were done to my satisfaction........which it was. I would highly recommend this company for your home cleaning. I plan on having them do this on a monthly basis. The cost was very reasonable for a first time cleaning, and the monthly is the same.
Description of Work: Deep cleaned entire 1800 sq. ft. home. Vacuumed carpeted areas in den and bedrooms, ....then HAND cleaned hardwood floors in kitchen,dining room,entrance way, and living room. Completely cleaned both bathroom, and sanitized all areas.

+ -1 moreThe house wasn't super dirty to begin with but they did most of the items I asked. The only thing that I would say in warning for anyone reading this is to be very specific when you schedule with them on what you want cleaned. A few of the things we needed cleaned weren't done because they did not have the tools required to do so. I was told that I should have let them know in advance. That's fair I guess but it was a move-in clean so I didn't know until that day myself.

Description of Work: I needed a company to clean a very dirty home. Years of accumulated cob webs,dust ( not dust bunnies but dust bears )and debris.I called Home Cleaning centers of America and spoke with Mr. Dean Leffel. Dean came out the next day and gave me a full estimate of costs,including cleaning all the windows. The price was very fair considering the size of the home and it's condition. I had two other estimates that were much higher! I asked that the work be started on a Wednesday since i had carpentry/painting work beginning on Thursday. No problem! Dean sent two of his best workers to my home to get it done! Tanya and Elizabeth showed up at about 9:30 a.m. and commenced. I didn't see how they could get all the work done in just one day. Boy was I wrong! They have a system that thy use that works very well. By days end these lady's had cleaned every thing! All the walls and ceilings had been cleaned,greasy walls in the kitchen and the appliances were spotless,all the windows were cleaned and the whole house was transformed. I can't say enough about how hard these two women worked ! Amazing! I plan to have Home Cleaning Centers of America do the final cleaning of my home after all the work has been completed!

They didn't do exactly what I asked them to do. They ruined the finish on my expensive piano. They didn't give enough notice as to when they were coming. They cleaned, but the job was not adequate.

+ -1 moreThe customer service provided by this company is outstanding. They were prompt to return my request for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, so we set up an initial deep cleaning and monthly service. The deep cleaning went well, but we did have a few minor things that we felt were not cleaned as well as they should have been. I emailed the company at 10:00 PM and received an email back within 30 minutes offering to have the crew come out as soon as possible to correct these issues free of charge. This is a great example of how highly they value customer service. Although we had a few minor issues with the initial deep cleaning, we felt they did an outstanding job overall and they stood behind their service by coming out for free to remedy our complaints in a very timely manner. We look forward to using them for many months to come.

+ -1 moreIt was not a good experience with them. My complaint was that they were supposed to be here on February 10th, and they called and said they couldn’t make it. They asked me to reschedule on February 14th. They never did show up. They never show up when they say they are going to show up. One time, they said they were going to show up at 2 and I had my family leaving in the noon. I said to leave in the noon once the cleaning was done, but they showed up at 11. Then the next time they said they would be here on 10th around 11'o clock and they didn't show up. It has happened three times. They do an okay job. I won't say they do an outstanding, but they do a fairly good job. I would use them one more time.

Ken came to our house, took note of size, layout, and materials to be cleaned (e.g. stainless steel, marble, hardwood), noted our special requests (focus on clean floors), and gave us a price. They fit us in to the schedule on the day and time of day we requested. Ken & Dean in the office were always very pleasant to work with, calling the evening before our service with their best estimate of when the ladies would arrive. (The B for punctuality reflects the fact that estimating when the ladies would arrive is a difficult business; occasionally they were as much as an hour early or late because of changes earlier in their schedule like other homeowners cancelling that day's service without prior notice.) The ladies were great, working quickly and efficiently, responding to our special requests, leaving the house looking and smelling clean. We're suspending the service now that we're back on our feet, but we will absolutely call them for occasional cleanings in the future.
Description of Work: HCCA cleaned our house weekly for a couple of months after our baby was born and then biweekly for 6 more months.

Again, very thorough and professional. We scheduled the initial cleaning to be done the following week, which it was. Had no issues with the company whatsoever and was extremely satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: Full home cleaning. Home Cleaning Center of America were a very professional & very reasonably priced company to work with. I was very please with how my home looked after their initial cleaning. So much so that I have arranged for them to continue cleaning my place on a bi-weekly basis.
