Deanna, Kailee, and Jamiee did an excellent job cleaning our home today. It looks and smells very clean. Besides doing a great job cleaning, they are pleasant and professional. They clean every two weeks. They deep clean, as well as general cleaning for us.

Have had Erin and her crew 2x now and they are absolute angels! As a working mom with 2 busy teenagers, they have been a true blessing in our house! There is no better feeling than coming home to a clean house! They are definitely worth every penny!

The staff is very friendly and courteous. I am sometimes home during the cleaning and they are very respectful. Everything is always left in a nicer state than it was when they got there. The cleaning is excellent! My house is always spotless after they leave. I don't know what I would do without this service! Even with my decorations out they cleaned around everything and nothing was broken. I would definitely recommend this service. They call the Friday before the cleaning which is very helpful so I can get all of my crap together and solidify an appropriate time for service.

They have been coming now for about 1.5 months and have done wonderful work each time. They are very friendly and courteous. They have always left our home looking and smelling terrific. We are more than satisfied!

I appreciate how friendly the staff is. I feel like they invest in the house and do their best work when there. I always look forward to them coming! It's worth the investment!

I've been using Home Cleaning Centers of America for several months, and I continue to be pleased with Deanna and her crew's work. I'm especially pleased with the details, including clean blinds (and we have a lot of them); clean corners and baseboards; scrubbed tub; and clean ceiling fan blades. They even tidy two teenagers' bedrooms without being asked -- not an easy task! When they are here, they get right to work and are also friendly. It's the perfect mix of being hardworking and providing great customer service.

We were in dire need of a complete house cleaning. Three individuals arrived and did a fantastic job, it had been a while since we had an overall cleaning like this. It took the three girls 5 hours to clean our very large home. They worked nonstop the entire time except for a 15 minute break. They did a great job and worked very hard. We will use them in the future and recommend them highly.

Admittedly, I should have cancelled this cleaning service after the first cleaning (which cost $350, when the estimate was $110!). However, a busy work schedule prevented me from wanting to go through the hassle of finding a new company. After several more cleanings, I was very dissapointed with the quality of the work and called to cancel. The owner called me back and offered a free cleaning and promised improved services. I agreed and continued to have mediocre service monthly for the next year. Every now and then they would do a great job and I would decide not to cancel services. Over the course of this time, several things mysteriously went missing - a Garmin and an expensive watch among others - and my husband was convinced it was the cleaners. I refused to believe they would be so stupid, but there really is no other explanation given the timing of the missing items and absence of any other visitors or workers. Regardless, we continued to use them, but this morning was the last straw. I went outside to put the recycling in the bin and found their trash in our recycling bin - INCLUDING A USED TAMPON AND APPLICATOR. It wasn't even in a bag! Just lying on the bottom of the empty recycling bin with their dirty cleaning cloths. Horrifying. Will cancel immediately on Monday morning. I took a picture just in case the story was too gross to be believed.

We hired Home Cleaning Centers so that we could come home from the hospital with our newborn to a clean house. The crew of two showed up on time and did an incredibly thorough clean -- even taking down pendant lights in our kitchen and cleaning those thoroughly. We have a lot of glass display shelving in our kitchen, and it was spotless. They also thoroughly cleaned all our wooden blinds and polished up the kitchen counters. The house smelled great to boot. What a wonderful treat and relief to come home to after living in construction for months! We were very satisfied, and we will definitely use them again.

Excellent experience with Home Cleaning Centers Indy. Left a message when I first called and Ken returned my call quickly and gave me an estimate. Also worked with Jody while scheduling the cleaning. Ken and Jody were great to deal with. The cleaners showed up and did a very thorough job of cleaning the house. Looked great, and they did it very quickly. The carpet cleaners came immediately after the house cleaning and also did a great job. I had special requests during the process and they were very responsive in accommodating them. Would highly recommend this provider and I will use them again.

Ken came out and gave us an estimate. He took down all the special instructions in the quote. First cleaning was conducted exactly as we agreed. We are very pleased with the results and we have signed up for regular service.

The cleaning crew did an excellent job - we are setting up monthly cleans now with them. The original number of hours quote was much lower than what it actually took but the supervisor was very fair and lowered the price for me. Great attention to detail by the cleaning crew - especially the shower! Tremendous job and highly recommended!

,So slowly but surely the best cleaning crew in the company kept running into some problems in and outside of my home meaning: One then two of the girls would not show up and then they stopped working for the company, so I eventually had a new crew besides one person who was the most experienced. Then that one person would be out sick and telling me all of her medical issues, which I didn't mind but it was hard to imagine how she could handle cleaning my whole house. Then sooner than later and almost every time they would come they would complain about how many homes they have to clean in one day and how overwhelmed they were. Additionally, I have 2 toddlers that take naps during the day and always requested very politely for them to please wait to vacuum around the areas of the nursery which was very few until last and they always frowned upon that which really left a bad taste in my mouth. Finally it caught up with them when I started to notice that they were cleaning in a shorter amount of time and therefore the quality of cleaning was decreased dramatically. Then the last couple of weeks was really noticeable that it seemed they were cheating me on the time they would take to clean and the quality of cleaning. So one week they completed a routine cleaning which is 1/3 of my house or more in about 50 min I stopped them before they left and showed them all the areas they missed, so one girl stayed in the car and the other finished the job oddly enough. And when I talked to them about how they seemed rushed they seemed less than interested in improving their ways and would just keep telling me how many homes they had to clean, so I felt the need and did express my concerns to the supervisor and he stated he would talk to them. Then the final week of their cleaning which was the whole house this time, I spoke to them about vacuuming the areas around nursery last because my girls were sleeping and her response was we will do the best we can but we have many homes to clean today, so I asked her how long did they plan on taking to clean and she said she didn't know, so I told them that it usually takes them 3 hours to clean the whole house with a 2 man crew, knowing that my whole house is 7100 sq ft which is still a short amount of time to clean with two people. So they're response was "oh no it won't take us that long, we should be done in less than 2 hrs, and we have to be at the next house soon to clean" So I was shocked and I told them that they were not cheating my home of cleaning like they did the week before since the spent less than an hour to clean it. So this one girl Marissa stated, " No it took us an 1hr and half to clean last week." So she argued with me back and fourth about the exact time it took them to clean with an attitude and I told her I didn't like her attitude with me and she told me she didn't like mine, so I told her to get out of my house!! So that's when she lost it and started yelling, cursing and stomping out of my house saying things like "This f****** b**** treating me like I'm the F****** help!!!" and then continued to slam 2 of my doors waking up my babies. Which left me feeling very threatened. So without any apology or correction in behavior they both left and did not finish cleaning the house. So when I called the supervisor to explain what happened he, believe it or not just apologized and said he thinks Marissa is having a rough time because she lost a loved one, and he would send a new cleaning crew. But never stated to me that he would take further action with Marissa to terminate or correct her behavior. Which left me appalled and unconfident in this company as whole and thinking they will never change. Eventually I fired this agency and hired another cleaning crew that is very professional, responsive, pleasant and perform good quality of cleaning, which made me realized what kind of people were in my home and were cheating me of quality cleaning, and HIGHLY recommend not to use this company!

They sent 2 women and it took them about 45 minutes.

I hired HCCA to do a deep-cleaning first and based on the results would hire for monthly cleaning. The deep cleaning was a few months ago. The crew of three arrived late (their prior appointment took longer than expected), took a little over four hours, and they charged per hour ($480). It was the best cleaning the home has had in years: baseboards, blinds, under beds, all surfaces (under items on surfaces), water stains in tub gone, washed inside/outside of glass doors, all corners, bathroom floor spotless (even around toilet), cobwebs gone from ceilings and light fixtures, emptied paper shredder contents, cleaned out drip tray in gas stovetop, cleaned out microwave, washed down faces of kitchen cupboards, vacuumed in-outflow grates, and the list goes on. I had no idea what we were missing with other cleaning services! The appointment for the next cleaning was scheduled about a month in advance. I received a call the day before and was told the cleaners would arrive 3:00-3:30. About 4:00-4:30, I received a phone call that they would not be able to make it and asked about rescheduling for first thing the next morning. We had not yet given the cleaners keys, so this was impossible with our work schedule. We rescheduled for 9:00-9:30 one week later, and they arrived a little after 9:30. The monthly service is a per service charge ($155), not per hour. I was not disappointed but the results. Two of three cleaners were on the first crew, and they took about 2 hours, and I was just as pleased as the first time. I've already scheduled monthly appointments all the way through the end of the year.

Home Cleaning Centers of America did a deep clean of our new home into which we were moving into the next day. We wanted a freshly clean home to move into and that's exactly what we got. They did a fantastic job! Our home smelled so fresh and wonderful. The bathroom were sparkly. They even hauled off items left in the drawers left by the previous owners. Many thanks to the cleaning team and the fantastic work that they did!

I hired Home Cleaning to do monthly cleaning for my condo. I recently renovated the entire place and wanted to keep it clean. The entire process was extremely easy and convenient for me. Ken came to my house after work hours to do an initial walkthrough. We went through each room and he recommended me a timely schedule based on his expertise. We were able to settle on a fixed cost for each clean to make it easy to plan. They also gave me the flexibility to have certain bedrooms cleaned or not cleaned depending on need. They just finished cleaning the initial time and it was immaculate. Everything was placed back exactly where it was and it was all cleaned significantly exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend using this company.

The team found dust and dirt in every nook and cranny. They are respectful of my property, put things back the way they found them (after cleaning around a lot of "stuff," and did everything specially asked for. They locked every door when they left -- and are a new part of my monthly life (maybe 2x a month, if my kids move in full time).

Home Cleaning Centers has done a couple very deep cleans. Their staff is very thorough and can communicate very well.

These guys are good. After my consultation I was very happy with how detailed the owner was. He put a plan in place and on cleaning day his crew came in and executed way beyond and of my expectations (not to mention it was after my 4th of July party). They definitely over delivered on what they originally promised. I am a stickler for good service and they did more then just their job. They have a passion for what they do and it shows in there work. I'm very pleased and will schedule bi-weekly appointments. I would suggest Home Cleaning Centers of America to anybody in Indy looking for a good home cleaning service.

We discussed the job. He detailed the plan and made sure I was okay with the plan of action. Set a date to perform the services and talked about the products they would be using to make sure there were no conflicts to any of the floors or furniture. I feel very comfortable using Home Cleaning Centers of America going forward.

We have been using this company on a bi-weekly schedule for the past few months, and couldn't be happier with their services. We had been on a string of "problematic" cleaning services, and had really given up on going this route. Once they came in, they totally changed our minds. They consistently let us know when they are coming, show up on time and do a great job. Our house looks great every time they come... and they really pay attention to all the little details. Our kitchen and bathrooms are especially clean. The team that shows up at our house every week is also very friendly!

This is the third house I've had Home Cleaning Centers take care of for me. I'm a Realtor and property manager, so timeliness, price and quality of work is very important to us. I've been impressed with cleaning jobs, but more-so of the communication. They always call the day before to confirm appointments. They've always been on time as well. Will definitely be using again (in fact, I just placed another property on the list for next week which will include carpet cleaning).
