Deanna's three-woman team came over to clean the condo for me after my tenant moved out. They were very professional and got to work right after I talked to them about what my priorities and expectations were. They did a wonderful job. They're a very hard-working group, and I would definitely use them again.

They showed up within the hour window that they stated with a three person crew as agreed. They spent a thorough 4.75 hours doing a deep cleaning including all typical services in addition to floors, woodwork, cabinets, drawers, windows (inside and out) and basement. They worked very hard and only took the standard 15 minute break as required. They would ask questions when needed to clarify what needed to be done and brought all of their own supplies and materials. I would also say that they were able to provide a crew in short notice and not the typical 30-45 days out that most services I contact were (they were able to schedule in a week). I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this service to anyone. The price seemed relatively standard for the industry and broke down to approximately $100/hr for a three-person crew.

The house looks amazing. Abby,Naomi and Lisa did a great job. It was so nice to come home to a perfectly clean house. Everything on my list was done and some over and above bed making. The process of getting set up was very easy and efficient. Ken came out and gave me a estimate and I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. I am very pleased and will continue to get biweekly cleanings.

I broke my leg and my wife and I needed some help keeping up. Since HCCA was at the top of Angie's list I called. They have cleaned twice and we have been way more than pleased. They do a very through job. They are professional and seem to enjoy their work. We plan to continue their service after I'm healed. My wife thinks they do a better job than me

Lisa and Abby came out to our house and did an awesome job. Our house is spotless! We have 5 flights of stairs, 4 bathrooms and only 1 bathroom is a half bath, and several rooms and they cleaned every inch spotless. They also did it in a very timely manner. I will be using them on a permanent basis and will always ask for Lisa and Abby. Don't make the mistake of using other cleaning companies like I did use these guys!!!

They showed up on time, didn't spend their time on their cell phones and they were very professional. They were here for 2 hours, there were 3 ladies (Diana, Ashley and Jessica). All 3 women acted very nice and appropriately. They got straight to work and worked diligently. I have a screened in porch that is 18x8, there are 2 walls that aren't screened and had gotten dirty, I had them wash down those walls and they did an excellent job! They were very mindful of coming and going to make sure that they didn't let out any of my 3 cats. They performed a very thorough Spring housecleaning. This is my second time using them, I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them to others!

I was very pleased since I was expecting my Mother and other family members to come for a week long visit. Everything sparkled when Deanna and Jessica left. My kitchen sink was restored to its original condition. Deanna and Jessica made sure that I was satisfied with their work!! I will bring them back for phase two of this cleaning project. Although there were only two ladies, they rose to the challenge of my house.

I was very pleased. Deanna, Abby and Lisa worked efficiently and had the house sparkling clean. They cleaned for an hour and were able to get a lot done. Their work couldn't have been more perfect.

It went great! Three very nice women came and spent three hours scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, etc. After they were done, the place sparkled. It had a lot of dust from the remodeling, so it was really nice to have this team come in and get it all cleaned up. I was very impressed.

They were just thorough in cleaning the house.

I've been very happy (especially my wife) with their services. Diana is the lead who manages the cleaning team. Diana is great! Very professional, trustworthy and pays attention to deal. They are very punctional and really care about the service they provide. They treat your home as if it were theirs. I would recommend this company to anyone and hope they have Diana as their cleaning person.

Crew of three worked steadily for 3.25 hours. They were well organized, and used their own supplies. Their team leader kept everyone busy and focused.

They showed up on time and they did an amazing job. They cleaned everything thoroughly and cleaned every area I specified and then had to. When I came back home, from what I saw, they did a fantastic job. They are very reasonably priced was extremely impressed with them! I have used other cleaning companies in the past and have not done as fine as a job as this company. They even came within 24 hours of Angie’s Concierge department calling them for me. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

The experience was positive. I found a cleaning service through Angie's List and then they had a carpet cleaning service associate with them as well. I thought they were very thorough, and we were running short of time, and they got most of stains and dirt out. It stayed wet a couple of days, but I don't think it is different from what anyone would have done. They paid special attention to areas concerned.

They always do a fantastic job. I think it would be even more effective doing it every other week, which we are trying to make happen. Our last cleaning was with Deanna and Tabitha. They came on an off day and are apparently not my normal cleaners. I really appreciated the company's willingness to come on an off day when I mentioned that I was throwing a shower at my house the following day. They got my house looking great! The cleaners who come on my typical Tuesday do just as good of a job. I always love coming home.

This company is AMAZING! I will never ever go back to not having a cleaning company. The house was immaculate, the girls are very friendly. Customer service is always delightful to speak with and the price is the very best I've found around town. I have a few friends that have cleaning services and they were amazed at the price I got for the size of my house and quality of the job. GREAT COMPANY!!

This was my first experience with a home cleaning crew. Deanna and Abby made me feel very comfortable and I was able to do my errands around town while my house was cleaned. What a stupendous treat! The experience was well worth the money.

The fellow who did the work was very congenial and cooperative. He did a good job and our carpets do look brighter and cleaner. Fortunately we did not have any real trouble spots or stains. We were getting our carpets cleaned in anticipation of having company the next week, but I would seriously in the future avoid having this kind of work done in the winter. This job requires having hoses brought from the truck into the house. With snow along the sidewalks up to the house (even though the sidewalks were clear) snow and eventually melted water was dragged into the house on the floors. The technician did wipe up this melted water, but it still required some additional touch up cleaning.

The house is spotless, and the cleanest it has ever been. I will continue to use them for all housecleaning projects going forward.

The girls are always very friendly and show up when expected. There are usually three people and they clean the whole house in about an hour. We have been using them since last year and are very happy. They do a great job cleaning.

HCCA has been cleaning our house for several years now and they always do an excellent job. The crew is friendly and professional, even when working around 2 young boys and a dog that always got in their way.

Brittney, Michelle and Lisa restored my faith in the company. I was frustrated with the initial team that came to the house (three visits) because they were not cleaning thoroughly, items in the house were broken and I was not told and my wooden stairs were scratched from using a hand vac on them instead of wiping them down to dust them. The owners sent these three ladies to my home to re-do what had/had not been done. I'm frustrated that our stairs are now scratched but I will continue with this company and I will remain cautiously optimistic that Brittney, Michelle and Lisa will be professional, thorough and careful.
